What a disappointment this store is! My daughter who is 17 years old went in to make a purchase for Mother’s Day and surprise me but sadly that didn’t work out for her! She felt judged that she’s a young shopper and is only in there to waste their time! How sad! Then after she was ready to check out this store doesn’t except cash payment! She did not have a credit card on her! Cash should be an acceptable form of payment!!! The sales girl at the register wasn’t very helpful to her and said she can just cancel the order! My daughter said she felt like she was a bother to them the whole time she was in the store trying to shop! No worries tho! There are plenty of other stores in the mall to make a purchase! This store will not be getting business from us anymore! 1st time in and will never come back! Poor customer service! What a shame!

I will never shop at this store ever again.To give some background, I have been a loyal customer for over ten years. I take myself and my four girls here to buy swimsuits for every vacation we go on. We frequently shop at both this location and at one of our other residences in Naples, Florida.I purchased a cover-up and beach bag for my sister two days ago. I decided I no longer liked the cover-up and went to the store to return with my receipt and with the items with the tags still attached. They told me that I could not return the cover-up back on my credit card, only store-credit. They said something was wrong with the computer and must be an "internal thing." Quite frankly, I think this store probably isn't doing well and they are lying to customers and telling them they can't return so they don't lose money.I was extremely frustrated with this experience and the store manager even had me call customer service. They told me I could ship the items back and get a check in the mail which would take multiple weeks. I am not happy with either option and I am disappointed with how this was handled. Do better.

This place has changed drastically, used to love to shop here but seriously better prices, products and people on Amazon or anywhere but here. Nothing is ever on sale and anything on sale is final price. Not to mention you get harassed when you do try to return something.

Terrible customer service, harass you when returning and any item on sale is considered final sale can't be returned. Not customer centric and staff is argumentative and disrespectful of your time. Nothing is ever on sale so better prices online and Amazon returns any item regardless of price. To be honest, anything you find in store can be found on Amazon with less harassment. Retailers like this will end up going out of business..

What a wonderful customer service experience I received at this store. I came in with my daughter to look for a swimsuit. Haley helped me. She was fantastic! She picked out suits she thought would work with my body type. She was incredibly helpful and checked with me often, swapping out suit sizes. Haley made this the best swimsuit shopping experience I ever have had. I found a couple suits I love that I wouldn’t have tried without Haley picking them out.

I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door by Samantha. She was very bubbly, pretty , friendly and pulled a couple of swimsuits for me to try on.Now, I have not been to the beach for a while so I was feeling self conscious but Samantha asked to see each outfit I tried on and gassed me up to make me feel beautiful. I bought 2 swimsuits and they are priced to quality. They both fit great and are sexy yet classy , exactly what I was looking for. Thank you Samantha for making my swimsuit shopping experience wonderful! Fantastic employee

I love walking in here and seeing Samantha! I’ve been coming in here for a quite a while. She knows my sizes when I don’t even remember (thats a plus) she knows exactly what I like and knows what to show me. always so friendly and bubbly.

Not only was I incredibly successful (3 new suits!), Samantha was beyond helpful with her suggestions and assistance. She was a friendly and knowledgeable associate who made me feel so so good about myself, and my selections. Will always go here for swimwear.

Promised the bathing suit would not fade, even using their suit protectant as instructed. It did fade after the first wear. Went back to the store and getting a refund was a nightmare - they just pass you off to a 1-800 number. Definitely not worth the money or the hassle. Nude beach it is!

This specific store has the worst employees. They are rude, totally unhelpful and extremely judgmental. Tami is one of the worst sales associates I have ever encountered in a store and should not be able to help customers the way she treats them. The manager was close behind her with how horrible and unhelpful she was when I needed their help with an issue I had with something I purchased. Do not go to this store. There is a store at Somerset with amazing employees that actually care about you as well as having 10x the selection to choose from if you are in need of swimwear.

I had the best day shopping for a new bathing suit. Tammy made that happen! She is an amazing salesperson. Friendly, welcoming, great listener and service and she is in tune with what her customers are seeking!
