Stylist: I called to make an appointment for my 19 year old (college student) daughter and was quoted + or - $150. After the service was completed, she was charged more than double this amount. I called to try to remedy the situation, and the owner’s answer was to have the receptionist call and apologize. It was so uncomfortable for this poor girl, who clearly was not at fault for the situation. I do NOT recommend Chelsea as a stylist to anyone. Not only did she do a subpar coloring job, she unfairly overcharged for her service and took no responsibility for the lack of communication.

Erika is amazing ! She had to fix a bad haircut without losing length. Her eye for detail and precision at her work is commendable. She did not rush through the appointment, rather took her time to fix and give me a great haircut. She has a pleasing personality and is always smiling. Thank you, Erika :)

I’m so happy I found this salon. Everybody here is so welcoming and the environment just feels comfortable. I came in with hair that needed a major correction. Erica corrected my blond exactly the way I wanted it. She honestly went above and beyond. She took her time and was very careful and precise with my hair. My hair looks amazing!

Rae is an excellent hair stylist. I came in to get my hair fully dyed black because I messed mine up with too many colors and she perfectly executed it. My hair has never looked this great! She was super nice and friendly and never left me feeling awkward in silence. Please give her a visit because it’s definitely worth it!! Can’t wait to visit her again when i’m in town. Thank you Rae!!

Got a hair cut here a few months ago. The service was very friendly and the atmosphere was nice, but I think the prices are way too high.

I am so happy with ELLE STUDIO SALON!I usually use boxes hair coloring and do my hair myself. I've never had it done professionally before.After talking with a woman who's hair color was gorgeowhat brand and color she uses.I decided to try that color. My hair didn't turn out a beautiful brunette, it was more like creepy clown red! I called ELLE. I explains what happened hair and she talked with the stylist. They said I could come in for counseltation and got me in immediately. Gjoni (Johnny), worked his magic and fixed my hair. I felt so much better walking out of the salon than I did walking into ELLE SALON. Gjoni took the time to talk with me to get a feel for what I wanted and he mailed it! He also took 2 1/2 inches of length of my hair. And added conditioning products to the color that made my hair soft and vibrant. I didn't take any pictures of my self caused hair disaster but I do have pictures of my hair after Gjoni fixed it.I highly recommend ELLE STUDIO SALON not only for hair-nados but for anyone looking for great results with their hair.THANK YOU AGAIN GJONI AND EVRYONE ELSE WHO HELPED HAIR ! YOU ALL ARE AWESOME! I love my hair now.

I just randomly searched for a haircut on gps when I was going home from an appointment and found this store, it turned out to be a really great experience, I'm surprised. I really like the new haircut and would like to go here again.
