I came to the mall looking for comfortable sandals that could be used for light hiking. My wife suggested that we check out Ecco and I'm glad we did. I found exactly what I was looking for and the man at the store was very helpful. The price was reasonable all things considered. Even though this location is very small, I'm glad we still checked it out.

This is a review of the Twelve Oaks location, not the shoe brand, which I love. I had an online order shipped here because I don’t have a secure location at my apartment for deliveries. I’ve tried shopping at this location several times—probably three or four—since I moved to the Detroit area. EVERY TIME I have tried to shop they are closed for a break. I’ll remain a dedicated Ecco buyer, but will not bother trying to return to this location.

Great experience buying some terrific shoes today. Our sales person Summer did an excellent job helping me find exactly the type of shoe I was looking for. She is friendly, professional and a great representative of the Ecco brand.

Visited it on Sunday waiting to get into the cheesecake factory and we had a wonderful wonderful conversation even though we didn't even make a purchase.... would go back any day they have a great selection of shoes as well!

Very friendly staff the store was clean and very well organized the worker that helped me had allot of expirence with the products and the differences inshoe models I asked what the most comfortable shoe ecco sold there and had a shortlist ready and shown to me tried a few pairs on got sized correctly I wear a smaller size than I thought would not have known unless I went in
