Darcy is the epitome of customer service. She is always very kind and extremely helpful. She truly creates an in store experience that allows me to choose things that I would not normally look at given her amazing fashion sense. I cannot adequately express how impressed I was with the customer service I received at your Novi store! I was in a serious time crunch, and I needed a sports coat and slacks for my Uncle's funeral the next day. The young lady that assisted me on Monday, December 11th, was a miracle worker! She was very patient with me, and found me an excellent black sports coat that I could wear, right off the rack, and sent me to the equally-awesome Mr. Bazzi's shop, to put a quick hem in the pants! I was in-and-out of DXL in less than an hour, and home before my dinner got cold!
