Jacob and ish were so helpful and professional. I actually came from the Chevrolet dealership in novi/feldman. They messed up my wheels and did not do a proper job balancing. And Charge Thank Overcharged me on purpose I am beyond frustrated with them, but very pleased with these guys. They went above and beyond to fix a mistake that wasn’t even theirs. If anybody around, Novi needs any tires or any Work on tires done come here and see Jacob and ish.

My experience here was overall awful. I want to preface this with the manager Nick was outstanding, but Eric his salesman was rude and condescending. My father took my car in for a patch. Promptly, after arriving Eric called me to inform me that my tires were near the end of their life. After explaining my husband was an engineer and currently out of town, I would like the patch today until I can speak with him. At this point he hung up with me and proceeded to harass my father in the waiting room. He began saying things like “if her husband is an engineer he should know better” “this isn’t safe for children and he should know that” he also said “you should be able to make these decisions if they are about safety” to my father. Eric unfortunately has no idea how to speak with or approach people. He also has no idea what within spec means because my tires are nearing the end of their life but still within spec. It was embarrassing. I called the corporate line to make a formal complaint and these people were amazing and took me seriously. Then the manager called me within an hour. His name was Nick and he was wonderful. Eric you’re a in need of intensive training in customer service. Do better!

These guys are always really nice at this location. All of my tires were really low when it got really cold recently.
I pulled right in there, and they had me in and out, and my tires air checked and filled asap, no charge.

I have nothing bad to say. The service is really good and the staff are friendly and approachable. You can buy from them or buy direct from tire rack and have them installed here (which is lower cost) but either way I'd recommend them to anyone.

I LOVE this discount tire store location! I trust this team and everyone here. Nick the store manager is amazing and his staff is caring, kind, and helps me and my husband feel at ease. I will ONLY go to this location. They are worth the price and always care about everyone personally.

I am sitting in the lobby 30m after they “closed” watching their team replace 4 tires on my work vehicle in the snow after I had road damage.
