Jake was very helpful and full of watch info. It's high to get a watch battery replaced here imo starting at $25 but I get that the employee gets paid a bit out of that cost and you get a 2yr replacement guarantee . So that's good, as many times as you need within that time frame . One watch that I git a battery replaced in has a movement issue. But I'm not going to invest in it. It's a timex expedition, it's a nice watch, but not that nice. I can get another model that takes the same battery off ebay somewhere. But thankfully I have another timex model that takes the same battery

Jake was really busy, but still really helpful! Replaced both of my watch’s batteries within the time he said he would. Thanks for the good service!

I could always count on coming here to get my watch batteries replaced. Came to your 12 Oaks location after seeing on line that you opened at 10. Got here at 10:45 to find a sign up that said be back at 11:30. Came back at 11:25 and waited until 11:45 with no one in sight. Please do better.

Rude service! Was in the mall today looking for someone to take some links out of my Invicta watch. Went to Fossil and they referred me to this kiosk across from them. There was an extremely rude man with half blonde, half black curly hair that was watching a show on his phone, headphones in, pacing in a circle inside the kiosk.I politely say “Excuse me” and he barely looks up from his phone, looks me up and down, and walks away from me! I was simply trying to get links taken out of my watch but nevermind.I’ll take my business elsewhere. Little does he know he also lost a sale; I was looking for a watch to give as a present to a friend of mine who got a promotion.

Just left needing my watch pin replaced. Several high end jewlery stores gave the no can do. Dakota was recommended by the last one of the 4 i stopped into. Had to wait a bit but i left fixed and happy. The guy with the crazy hair was friendly and did great work. Highly recommend.

They always have the battery I use and they installed it too.

I am a huge watch enthusiast and have high standards. This place is not somewhere I would recommend. Their prices are pretty expensive for even just battery swaps, and they previously scratched one of my watches while simply trying to adjust the links in the bracelet. Would recommend a store that solely focuses on watch repairs, preferably someone with at least 10 years of experience.

On September 20, 2021 I stop by in Eastgate location Dakota Watch booth. I was plan to replace battery and watch band in my watch. Person name Edgar was a clerk in this booth. He was heavily flirting with me, he gives me his phone number, asking for a date. I was not very comfortable with that heavy flirting. He offered me a "good deal" if I pay cash for my purchase. I was OK to pay cash. I completely forgot to ask for a receipt. Few days later, September 27, 2021. I decided to return the watch band due to it being way to bulky and not comfortable. Edgar refused to give me money back because I do not have receipt, that he did not provide to. He stated he did give me receipt, and he also stated that he never replace battery without giving a receipt and discount card. Edgar did not provide any receipt or discount card - buy 5 get 1 free battery replacement on my purchase. This time Edgar was very rude, asking me to leave, when I stated I will call corporate office and mall security to resolve this issue. Edgar throws in my face blank discount card, after security guard step in for help. I only got partial refund from Edgar and empty discount card, still no receipt for changing battery. My batteries were never been changed; Edgar charged me but never replaced battery in my watch. He is a scammer and thief. I just let you know he sales items for cash, and "good deal", not providing receipt, that way no proof of sale, so he can pocket the cash.

Bought a pocket watch for my nephew here last fall. It's part of his gig. He is big time into steam punk and wanted a watch to put into his suit pocket. They had watched for over $10, but I was able to find one for under $40, not bad, he likes it too.

I stopped in because my watch had a dead battery. They wanted to charge me$20 to replace the battery or $5 to just remove the back - highway robbery. However, the customer service was exceptional. The clerk, Marcy, was super nice and explained all of the options and what would be done. Unhappily, I decided to have Marcy replace the battery because I had no way of removing the back and ensuring the seal was not compromised. A bit of good news - the final cost was $14 37 after Marcy gave me a discount. Like I said - great customer service!

Great place to get your battery changed in your watch. I have dive watches and they will pressure test to 200 meters.
