This is a very nice, clean and well stocked CVS. With other pharmacies in the area shutting down this CVS has received all of their overflow. The pharmacy area often seems stressed but they have reason to be as they are always busy. I commend them for their perseverance. I have had nothing but pleasant experiences here.

New management closes the store and locks the door before closing hours. Been coming here for over a year and they never locked up early.

Lazy and unhelpful workers. Ordered a 52 page photo book, upon picking it up there were ZERO pages and ink stains on the empty book. Then I was told get a refund online. Jokes on them I disputed it with my credit card. I’m not doing your job. Save your time and money go somewhere else.

We like coming here but today December 21 at 3:55 I was in the photos asking the person that I had two packages of photos and she was on her phone and earbuds listening to music and rude she was at the check out by the photos and she wasn't to interested in my business she wasn't to helpful Yvonne was rude and disrespectful to me

Coming back to edit my review because when I finally got in touch with the pharmacy, they were quick and helpful. Just very difficult because the pharmacy is so busy. I will say though that the first time I went, they were confused about my company health insurance card so I had to go back to my insurance provider and ensure that I had the correct information which then made me get my medicine three days late. Simple mistake but it caused some frustration. I called on a Saturday morning and got in touch almost immediately So if you’re having trouble reaching them, maybe try a different time if you can.

Every time we come here they do not have our prescription. They are always back ordered but they do nothing to resolve the issue. They just expect you to go without and do not bother to communicate.

The pharmacy would work a lot better if they actually answered their phone. I run a private practice and I don't have 3 hours for my staff to sit on hold waiting for somebody to answer. Also after coming in to get my prescription and being told there was none and I would have to have them call back the pharmacist / front desk person was absolutely refusing to even try and help. Our office will no longer deal with CVS and will advise our patients to change as well. Horrible experience with inept staff.

Used CVS to print some photos from Google Photos. They are terrible quality. Some are zoomed in from what the original is. Some so much they look stupid. Overall the images are not clear. I was going to use them in a gift. I couldn’t use these. I’d be embarrassed to give them to someone.

Terrible. Pharmacy will not answer phone. Have been calling for 6 hours (6 times). Waiting on hold 5 to 10 minutes each time before giving up. I have a prescription on hold and cvs app says to call Pharmacy. I will be moving all my prescriptions to a different Pharmacy. It's a shame, have been using them forever but they closed the Wixom location. This Novi location sucks.

There should be zero stars option for this pharmacy, they are rude and stupid, they gave me the wrong medication and refused to take it back because I touched it and refused to refund me. how can I see the medication without touching it !!! did I forget to say stupid? also they are very lazy, and they delete bad reviews.

Very lazy pharmacy and not helpful at all. Any other pharmacy I have ever been to helps when an insurance issue arrises, but not these people!
