Yes, rude pharmacist. Ive Been a customer for over 20 years. It's been getting worst and most of the time I ignore the poor service and attitude. But when I had an issue with a prescription refill, not a good experience. Won't be back.

Went to CVS to get Covid home tests. Was told by the cashier they are no longer available for free. Purchased 2 for $47. Later found out they are available for free (same brand) but not at CVS. This is still a public health issue and I should have been given proper information regarding the availability of the Covid tests. Even if CVS won’t profit from it.

The customer service here is horrible. I was a paying customer and needed to use the restroom. Philips Lansing refused to let me use the restroom while he was daydreaming by the camera machine saying that he doesn’t trust me in the back of the store which is totally DISCRIMINATION! I wouldn’t dare spend any money at this store. I’ll be taking this to the Better Business Bureau because this is is unacceptable!

I picked up some OTC supplements and used the self checkout. I found what I needed, and the checkout was easy to use. I highly recommend this location.

They double charged me and told me I had to contact corporate to get refunded. Absolutely ridiculous!!! The assistant manager TJ treated me like a criminal over $7 in extra charges they charged me that is clearly on my receipt!!! Look at your cameras and see I only had 2 items and you charged me for 4!!! I will 100% contact corporate and complain as well as get my money back and you earned yourself a 1 star over $7!!

Lexi is a genius hire. She was more than willing to do something that most employees seem to not have a clue on and that was look up an item by its product number and seeing if it was in the store. I don't know how many people I have run into that have no clue what I was looking for until I asked Lexi for help. She was extremely helpful and the 11 miles that I drove to get this product was worth it. Please give the the credit she deserves and keep her happy!!!!

According to the reviews, I am not the only person who got a really bad experience because of the rude pharmacist. She didn't answer my question and hang up my call. WHY NOT CHANGE HER!!!

Dirty and out of stock.Friendly staff, but I told them a month ago that a drink had exploded in display fridge and gotten everything sticky. Four weeks later, same gross sticky mess. Manager should be fired and replaced with someone more observant.Update: July, TWO MONTHS later, and they’ve still not cleaned the fridge. Sad and disgusting.

Could I give it 0 stars? cos that’s how rude the pharmacist in glasses was. She was incompetent, couldn’t answer any of our questions and wanted to make it seem like we’re the stupid ones to ask questions about at home covid test kits. Ugh! Couldn’t wait to get out of there. Went straight to the cvs on beck road and the lady there was like a breath of fresh air. All sorted in 10 mins. Will not make the same mistake again!
