We had an unpleasant experience with this store today. My daughter purchased a can of chips, only to find out they tasted a bit rancid. Upon closer inspection, I realized that the chips were expired two months ago.
I brought this issue to the attention of the store manager, who dismissed my concerns by saying it was simply a matter of taste and not because the product was expired. This response was highly unsatisfactory and dismissive of the fact that expired food can be a health risk.
To make matters worse, I noticed there was also a bottle of supplements on the shelf that expired five months ago. This is extremely concerning and unacceptable.
As a customer, I expect better quality control and customer service. It’s troubling to think that expired products are being sold and that customer complaints are not taken seriously.
I hope this review serves as a warning to other shoppers to check the expiration dates on products before purchasing and that CVS management takes the necessary steps to ensure this doesn't happen to other customers.

My husband and I always receive good service when picking up our prescriptions. Both pharmacists are patient when answering questions. They feel like family.

CVS continues with high prices. Even with a 40% off coupon, a bottle of nail polish should NOT cost $9.00. People should stop buying things except necessities, THAT would bring the prices down. If the products aren't moving off the shelves, they have to lower prices.

Pharmacy tech named Sandra is very very rude. She gets smart with customers, she hangs up on customers and she doesn't know how to talk to customers. I've never had anyone that I dealt with at this location be so mean and rude. I'm going to write a letter to Cvs, I'm taking it to the top. You guys don't need representation from your pharmacy tech that are rude. This is the Novi Rd. location off 9mile. I will never patronize this location ever again.

Cindy, Michael, and all the other pharmacy employees are so kind and genuinely helpful! I've been coming here for years for my prescriptions and continue to use this pharmacy even after moving farther away because of how wonderful their team is. Endless thanks & respect for each of them and all the hard work they put in.

I would like to leave this pharmacy 0 stars . The staff is horrible, Dan is the only kind person in the pharmacy. I spent 2 days trying to get through to the pharmacist, after being on hold for over a half an hour they disconnected the call. I called the store manager and he had to walk back and ask them to answer the phone ! When I finally got through, whoever answered was beyond rude and hung up on me before I even completed my question. I have had this treatment more than once here. Needless to say I have transferred my prescriptions to another pharmacy, one that appreciates my business.

Wife had surgery, and had meds sent to pharmacy at 1pm. I arrived much later and she refused to fill it because she didn’t get a call back from the doctor for the diagnosis…. “Pain after surgery duh…”. Needless tp say my wife suffered in pain that evening. We send prescription to the CVS.

The worst pharmacy I have ever been to or seen in my 33 years of living it's ridiculous how much they don't care for a person who needs there medication for they're health and the pharmacist toys around with their time everyday it will be another excuse

Had a problem with a script because of them changing it. Micheal tried to blame the doctor's office. When I showed him it was the pharmacy's end that the mix up happened he became extremely arrogant and told me I had to call my doctor to get another script. I next day when I went to pick up the script I was met by more problems and condescending attitude from him. Me and my family have moved to another pharmacy.

Cindy, and the rest of the pharmacists at this location are awesome. The people who complain don’t understand how pharmacies and even healthcare work. Everyday these pharmacists come in and do their best to fill your needs.
