What a scam/joke!The manager took all my commission on my sales for very expensive and large multiple sets. Then they charged me for double knife sets for myself and never sent me the proper sets I ordered. Such a scam and terrible people. Brought in my entire homemakers set to be sharpened and the process was very simple and fast. They have a huge assortment of knives and other kitchen gadgets on display. I love that I can see the knives in person before making the investment. They also do free classes there, I plan on attending some when I can.

Well this was my first time visit to the Cutco Kitchen Store and I must say that I was very impressed with the selection of some of the finest cutlery money can buy. I have always been a huge Cutco fan, having grown up in a household where my mother could not live without her Cutco products. I also am a happy Cutco owner and took two of my knives in for the free sharpening that all Cutco knives have available in their lifetime warranty. Cutco is a bit "upscale" but it's worth every penny as they all come with a "forever" warranty even if your knives are passed down from another family member. They have ample parking available and masks are optional at this time.Rick Zorn

Awesome!I’m a full time cook and using Cutco knives has made the World of difference to me.Excellent products, in my opinion theBest in the world!Also, Ken from your Novi store is very friendly and efficient, although I came in to bring knives to get sharpened, I ended up buying half the store.

Ken is wonderful. He remembers his clients, and is genuinely interested in them. He even remembered that I had been wishing to purchase the cleaver for 2 years, but had to wait until I was working again. Yesterday, I went and bought it. He was just as happy for me that I got a job, as he was to sell me the cleaver! Thanks Ken!

Very nice staff. Set up well with beautiful and fun kitchen items. I LOVE my Cutco knives I have had them for over 25 years. My parents owned Cutco and said they are the best. Even if you aren't look for knives they have a lot of other unique kitchen gadgets. Stop in because they don't pressure you on anything. Just learned they do classes too. My knives are being sharpened after 25 years, looking forward to getting them back because I miss them.

If I could give a 0 star I would. These people are unorganized and good luck getting a pay check. I was told i was getting a check and never got one I contacted 3 people and the boss Logan numerous times and still no answer. The lack of communication is just unprofessional! They start you on 7 hour training for 3 days and they dont even warn you that you dont get paid for it! Then have team meetings for 3 hours a week and guess what you dont get paid for that either.
