Walmart Supercenter is a large store in the heart of Novi. It is handicap accessible and recently renovated with a nice layout, organized shelves, and very clean floors and areas. The store offers groceries, prescriptions, cosmetics, and a good range of merchandise, though the food range is not great. There are lots of self-checkout kiosks that work well, but staffing there can sometimes be a mess. The staff is generally friendly, welcoming, very helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. Customers appreciate the great prices but note a disregard for the environment with plastic bag use.
I love Walmart. I get my groceries and all my prescriptions from Wal-Mart. It's handicap ♿️ accessible. Always clean and great prices. Staff is very helpful and knowledgeable and kind.

Recently Novi Walmart has done a great job, more organized shelves, better merchandise, very clean floors and areas, lots of self check out kiosks. Location is in heart of Novi.
