Online order (clark website) can NOT be returned here!!!! So ridiculous, u have to pay for shipping label to ship them back even you are in a clark local store

Walked in today to get my daughter’s school shoes. One woman was at the counter never acknowledged us walking in. The second one was helping someone else looked over, but didn’t say I’ll be right with you or anything. We sat down and after 5 minutes I went to the counter and asked for help as the 2 women were now just standing there for chatting. Final brought shoes out to try on. We needed another size so I again had to go up to them for help. Finally cashed out over $300 later and said thank you…no response. Customer service has really gone down hill. I was floored how incredibly rude and unhelpful the sales personnel were. This is why people now shop online!

Went in on the evening of Friday 8/18, older lady with blonde white hair and glasses said their system isn’t compatible with online orders…… USELESS CUSTOMER SERVICE. She didn’t want to return my order bc I had a few items. I have never experienced CX like that in the Clark store. I’m shocked

I believe this is the last location open in Michigan. I love this store, and I love the quality of their shoes . On the day I visited, I had the pleasure of having Denise, and let me tell you, she is definitely doing three people's jobs. I certainly hope that her upper management realizes that she's a hard worker and still remains very pleasant, knowledgeable, and patient. Thank you, Denise, for a wonderful shopping experience for myself and my daughter.

Sale person did a great job handling everyone that came into the store. Just wish they had the color I was looking for in store instead of having to order them.

My wife ordered sandals which were not in stock at this store on July 11. The salesperson got our contact info and said that the sandals could be shipped directly to our house. So, we placed the order. Shame on us for not asking when they would be shipped. We did not have any communication from the company regarding when we should expect delivery. Out of the blue, they showed up on August 10th. Apparently, they handle product fulfillment out of various stores in their chain, as opposed to thru a DC or fulfillment center. The sandals arrived, they fit my wife as expected. Quality of product is a 4 out of 5. Communication with customer is 1 out of 5.

I am going to rate the experience as a four as I came in about lunchtime and I know a lot of businesses are short of help. I did have to wait a painfully long time for somebody to assist me but once she did I was able to try on some shoes within a few minutes. I was able to check out quickly. However, I regularly buy Clark's shoes and will revisit my rating after my next purchase.

Terrible customer service. I went to store to buy a pair but they didn't have my size so I had them order. They told me it will arrive in 5 days but couple weeks later , never arrived so I called store and Also went to store to ask order status , they told me it has been shipped out. But still didn't receive so I called again. Then they finally told me they forgot to place an order. They misinformed me multiple times. I never want to go back to the store. It's ridiculous. I wish I could give 0 star. I'm so disappointed.

Love this Clark's store!! Denise was SUPER patient and helpful today! I tried on lots of shoes, she was pleasant and professional!! Made this shopping experience a really positive! Highly recommend this store! Great selection and service!
