I cannot say enough good things about the staff here!! The team at the front desk and tells are very friendly and welcoming. The financial advisors and client service teams at this branch went above and beyond helping me solve some issues with my investments accounts. They were always willing to help me understand what was happening, why, and how we could reach a solution. 10/10 recommend them to anyone who banks at chase

Before the staff in the bank was super good. Now there is a new manager and she is super unhelpful. For any issues , she says I can’t talk for the previous representative there. No owning of problems or taking accountability for their mistakes there. I had a issue with my account, the teller couldn’t help me. So she asked the manager to deal with it. When we explained to her the issue, she started saying I can’t talk for some other person. That some other person was the previous manager(chase representative). No customer relationship, no owning of issues from start-end, no accountability. The 5 keys they have put in display- not even one they follow. This branch was very famous for its customer service before. She connected us to customer service from there itself and customer service accepted that its the bank’s mistake that proper communication wasn’t sent to me. The customer service said we will try what we could do. But this lady said we can’t guarantee whether your money will be refunded and she said the branch has nothing to do with your issue. You have to talk directly to customer service. Her behavior wasn’t welcoming. I am changing my branch. Or else I'm changing all my accounts to another bank. Very unfriendly manager. When we said the previous manager didn’t communicate this to us. Immediately she said ohh , its there in website. The customer care whom she connected me to said the details was changed after I opened my account. So its right that I'm not aware of the rules. Its our money, why should we lie. chase please have a look at it.

Father and I drove to drive up ATM first, then forward to drive thru window, each with a separate transaction. Both machine and human interactions were excellent with no problems. I highly recommend Chase on Grand River and Beck Rd for their overall outstanding customer service.

Friendly staff, short lines (typically), and two different ATM lines for easier access after hours. They are also extremely accommodating to those who have young children (they always offer lollipops). A good, convenient location. An additional bonus is that it is located right next to Starbucks as well.

Wanted to open a new account and was send away because I do not have a prove of residence since I live in a hotel. BofA down the road much friendlier to foreigners who let me open an account easily with U.S employee offer letter, Visa and hotel address.

I've been inside this branch a number of times and the smaller building seems to keep customer service pretty speedy. Having a separate drive-thru lane for the ATM makes things easy too.

I want to mention about this too. Last winter, i was existing and did not see the raised curb due to snow on the ground. The curb caused damage to underbody shield. Had to spent money to get it fixed.Just want to remind both the bank and customer to do sth/to pay attention.Not sure about the function of the small curb, but it can do damage for sure.-----------Use care not to bottom out your car on that raised curb at the Grand River entrance/exit. The raised curb blends right in with the surrounding cement. It's not marked in any way.
