Met with financial advisor Matt Casey to open a premium deposit. He refused to open it because he doesnt make commission out of it and tried selling me other products. Unprofessional

No call answered at branch. Was told that I no longer have free safety deposit box without "investing", some branches now do only non teller transactions. Poor service. Clearly just about profit.

A Chinese-looking female employee was eavesdropping on my conversation with Michael, and she Laughed out loud when I said I'd rather walk-in to get service at my convenience than making an appointment. It was rude to laugh at your customer as if I had a stupid idea. Unprofessional.

Rude staff was told because I didn’t have a business account I couldn’t get changed but was told by another Chase that as long as I had a personal account I could get change Most definitely will not be coming back to this chase
