Had an 11 am appointment on a Saturday, left my mom with dementia figured it only be an hour. They didn't know I had an appointment. Only 2 people working and she was waiting on others after handing me 2 books . I had used them before and they were great, I guess "due to Covid" another place has lost the ability of customer service.Will not go back.

Today, I returned the fabric that was shipped to me. It was the wrong fabric. The people working at the store agreed that the fabric I received was the wrong color. I asked about a refund and they said I would get store credit. It seems to me that when a company makes a mistake, they should give a full refund at least. I did get my $10 shipping fee refunded (after asking twice) because I drove 70 miles round trip to return the fabric. They said they will reorder the fabric and ship it to me. I will update this post if they manage to get me the fabric they sold me.

Beautiful store, wonderful selection and helpful staff. Just on the expensive side. They are great with custom drapes and furniture. Had several pieces done here and I am always satisfied.

They deserve -0 was just here 11:40 am and I came with my mother to find fabric for 10 cahors chairs = $$$$ , but while we were there not one, not one of the ladies asked us if we need help, not one even bothered to address us when we came in, that is just rude and in no way will you get anyone wanting to come back and all that does is turn away customers. One was on the phone while the others saw us, but instead carry on a none working conversation and gave us the glare amd stink eye. Well definitely not recommending this place to anyone untill customer service attitudes change here, doubt they will..... and also not a selection at all, so we will go and take our $$$$ else where seeing as your people do not want to service customers.😖😡😠A horribl impression to first time customers and deserve a zero, and another for hospitality and effort towards customers.

I placed an order for custom curtains at this location and after a week, I had to follow up with the store to schedule measurements (even though I was supposed to be contacted within a week and I already paid 50% of the bill, including the cost for measurements). Aggie answered my call and I received horrible customer service.

How they are still here, I don't know. We needed new draperies in one of our bedrooms, I had great luck with Calico Corners in Chicago so I suggested we give them a try. Big mistake. Huge. Customer service is a foreign language at this store. It started when we went in to pick out fabrics, that part was fine, but when we had decided to go ahead with ordering it just got worse. My fault, I should have recognized that the dot matrix printer that has not been made for 20 years and the DOS based ordering system may have been indicative of inclusion into this century, It took over an hour to actually do the order, they didn't seem to care. We opted to have them come out and do the measuring ($120 charge), this occurred within a week or so, then we waited, and waited, and waited. In the past I found custom drapes to take 3-4 weeks, this order took 10 weeks, anytime we called to ask about the status, we were told that "someone in the back" had the answer to our question and she would call us. We never received a call. Finally when they did get here, the installer realized that they were 3" too short (Luckily they did the measuring not us) and had to be remade. So here we wait, no one calls us back, no idea of what is happening, and dealing with the rudest salespeople of all time and paying far more than other place for the privileged, So again, how are they still in business? I have no idea given their abysmal customer service. Avoid this place and find other vendors.

I've been working with Patty Breidenstein to update fabrics for our whole home; curtains, roman shades, pillows, slip covers and duvet covers. Patty has understood the look I've wanted from the first pillow purchase, sometimes even better than I have. There is no way I could have gone on the renovation journey without her help......she is absolutely fantastic!!

I went to Calico Corners during their sale. We just renovated our home and the last thing was blinds & a cornice for our living room glass door. Kelly came to the house and offered suggestions and brought samples. I picked what I wanted and when I went to the store she had everything prepared plus another material option for the cornice that she didn't have when she came to the house. I loved it! I was very happy that she took the time to put together options other than the samples at the house. Tom, the installer was fast and did a great job. His measurements were spot on. I am very pleased with the work and recommend them to anyone looking to add or replace their current window treatments. The price was reasonable too!

Yesterday I made my second trip to Calico Corners to place my order. The store was swamped but Jen went above and beyond to help us figure out boat curtains for 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms for our new boat! Jen was patient and knowledgeable. Helped figure out the yardage of Living Room Cornace boards that run vertical and the back is finished as well as all the different sizes for 2 bedrooms. I love Calico Corners and my family always got fabric from the St Clair Shores branch. Thankyou Jen, we thought we'd be there for hours, you helped so much my husband and I both were so impressed with your high level of customer service. We will be back for more later this year for our home and outside furniture. What a DEAL for Sunbrella fabric. I really thought it would be easily double what I spent!!! Thankyou

Was excited to go into this shop today but quickly became disappointed as I waited 15 minutes and not once did someone say hello or offer to assist. I finally asked someone "do I need to make an appointment to receive service?" She said she'd call someone for me...but even when they came out, they ignored me and my mom. I decided to leave but may go back again if different people are working.
