I think the young man’s name was Rome or Roman I can’t remember. I’m a senior haha. Oh he was just the sweetest thing and he cleaned my car so nice it felt brand new. Cadillac of Novi has done an outstanding job at taking of their customers. Customer service here is consistent from the bottom to the top. Thank you

Well folks, I must tell you Cocoa in the service lane is bye far the nicest person in a service lane we have dealt with. She addressed our concerns right away and her attitude and smile was so professional. We received our vehicle back on time, so Cocoa thanks for going above and beyond. GOD SPEED.

I originally made this hour trip to see a vehicle that was on the web. However, when we got to the dealership we saw another car and was directed to product specialist Terra Blanks. Terra's knowledge of cars and expertise of details was a huge help in our decision. I love the fact that if she doesn't know the answer she will seek out help and promptly and throughly answer said question. One specific point was when it was stated that the tires were new but the point inspection showed 9/32nds of tread on the tires...confusing right?. Well after seeking out Terras help I learned that full tread is 10/32 deep. Without a doubt I confidently recommend Terra to help you with your next car decision. She is very knowledgeable about the dealership and their inventory of cars. She is a straight shooter and will tell you how it is. This was one of the easiest car buying experiences I have ever had! Well worth the drive! Thank you Terra!
