Quick and easy. We did get the 5 year good proof plan for $40 which allows you to warranty any stain or any mechanism of the chair. Seems like it may be useful.

It is not easy to please me as a furniture customer, but Bob's Furniture did manage to meet and exceed my expectation. Very professionally done! Nick was awesome, answered all the questions, took time to lead us from one piece to another, and we found what we wanted. Thank you very much for classy work. We will be back soon.

My experience was excellent. Salesman Roy was great, nice and patient. On a negative note the telephone system is the WORST. I don’t want to talk to individuals not in the store of my purchase. Not sure who’s idea this was but it not a good one.
