I have ever in my life dealt with such unprofessionalism. For 3 years I have been dealing with an outstanding balance that was covered by my insurance company. Every year I was given the same story. I made phone calls to my primary care provider, my insurance company who all say that it was covered by my insurance company, but biotech still sends a bill every month even after talking to people on the phone promising me to clear it up. They robbed me of my money because I am tired of being promised things and then being threatened to be sent to collections. This company needs to pay their employees more to have to deal with the people who call in due to errors and inability to correct mistakes. I was lied to and made promises that were never followed up on, for 3 years.

They make no attempt to bill insurance. Katie told me they have 5,000 customers and don't have time. They are hoping that you get the bill and just pay it so they don't have to deal with insurance. Shame on them. Very unprofessional. Not to mention disconnecting me three times in a row in a attempt to transfer me.

I tried calling Biotech clinical laboratories billing department for more than a two week to find out why they are charging extra money for blood work. No one answered finally one lady answered and before I say anything she hang up the phone. When I tried calling back keep ringing . You cannot even left message since they don’t have this option. After 4 weeks finally one nice lady picked up the phone and answered the question and said yes they didn’t submit my insurance properly that’s there is an extra $100 charge. She said they will revise my bill. It has been a weeks and I am waiting for them to send me an updated bill. I haven’t received the updated bill until yesterday 6/26 and they are saying I am seriously past due $10 and if I don’t send within 15 days ( basically final notice printed on 6/14 so 2 days left to pay) they will refer 3rd party collection agency for $10 .WTF…… you are making mistakes and threatening people that’s not their fault. Train your people how to submit proper documents to insurance.

Went to urgent care once back in 2021 and got my urine tested. This lab sent me a $45 bill a year later. I will avoid this place like a plague from now on. American healthcare at its finest.

Next day results, excellent customer service, comprehensive testing menu, integrate with all EMRs and extensive in-network status. Highly recommend to any practices looking for a lab.

So we use biotech at our clinic and they are truly the best. Biotech is quick, and easy to use. I highly recommended it to anyone who wants a professional, quick and easy to use EMR. The staff are professional and biotech uses the latest equipment and gets our clinic faster results. I work with Vince. Him and his team are good, hardworking people. Biotech is amazing. Honestly, 10/10!!!

My Doctor tested me for Klonopin on the 1st of November and I take medicine everyday. The results showed check mark for yes in my system. Then another check for no not in my system. I'm waiting for them to call my Doctor today. I need this medicine. I'm 72 and could go into seizures. $500 on my insurance for 2 tests. Horrible.

Outrageously expensive for no reason at all. I received a bill in the mail that my insurance would not cover. A drug test should not cost $350.00! INSANE.

Got my daughter a COVID test on June 6th and were promised 24 hour results. The online results system barely worked and we couldn't look up results without calling. It took 5 days to get out results.Fast-forward to today when I get a bill for over $655 with insurance payments of $80 and a balance due of $309 for a COVID test.Feels like a total insurance billing scam operation to me. There were four tests billed to my insurance including one that mentioned chlamydia!Now the fun begins trying to get a hold of their billing people.

Billing department is horrible this is the second time their billing is incorrect they tell you one thing and do just the opposite or nothing tired of dealing with them told my doctor I'll find a new one that doesn't deal with them horrible place to get things done

I came here with my mother to do some blood work for her and Brenda was very sweet and pleasant to deal with. She recommended all the tests that my mother needed to take and even calmed her down quite a bit just by talking to her.Big thanks to Brenda! I 100% recommend coming here.

Brenda is a sweetheart,very caring and calming and knowledgeable and the nurse who does the blood work was nice too..great attitudes…some places you go to arent always very welcoming but this place everyone was super nice especially Brenda..5 stars for sure.

I was tested on 2/26/2022 and STILL do not have my results. I called the emergency COVID testing number (which will I’m sure be noted in the response from owner on this review if they respond), no response. There was also not an option to leave a voicemail, despite what the recording stated - the recording was on a loop and did not go to a voice mailbox. Their services were not rendered and were a waste of my time and money. This is absolutely unacceptable service.

Not only billing issues, but work issues there!. NEVER work there.. everybody is leaving this lab.
