We've had several t shirts and sweatshirts made and the quality is great. The sweatshirts are soft and comfortable and last and last even after a year of washing. I have a t-shirt that is almost a year old and it looks brand new. I would highly recommend to everyone!

Amazing customer service! I placed an order the night before and it was ready by 2 pm the next day. Unfortunately I didn’t realized that they closed at 3 pm and I was about 40 minutes away. I called at 3:08 pm and asked if there was anyway for me to still pickup my order and the owner said he would still be there! I rushed over and got my order and it was perfect!

I went in person to order 5 hoodies. The designer didn't seem very knowledgeable but helped me with my order nonetheless. We finally reached a design that looked good and the mockup looked great! I was told they would be done and I would get a call within 48 hours. 3 days later, after I had not yet received a call or email, I called them to ask when my order would be done and was told the hoodies were being worked on and should be done in 30 minutes. 30 minutes later, an email was sent to me with a picture of how the hoodies were turning out (not good). As soon as I saw the email I called back up to the store to ask what was going on. They informed me that 2 out of 5 of the hoodies were already printed (badly) and there was nothing they could do. I could either send them another design for the remaining 3 or have all 5 hoodies printed messed up... I was offered no other options. So my hoodies were late, communication was terrible, and there was absolutely no effort in problem resolution or customer service. I paid over $200 for my order and still had to go and have the hoodies done elsewhere without error and in a timely fashion.

I have ordered shirts for my business and for my family, from Novi Big Frog. My daughter had an unusual t-shirt request and they delivered. Not only did the shirts turn out great, the were ready quickly. Thanks for all the help and making my daughter's dream shirt!

I walked into the Novi location, and the young lady who was working was very helpful. She made my shirt well and rushed it for me so I could have it for an upcoming event. I'm very pleased and will come back. Great quality. Great service. Thanks ?

I want to thank Big Frog for being so expeditious with our custom order. We quickly needed 50+ embroidered shirts with a specialty design and the Big Frog team did everything they could to support our request, including meeting me at the store hours before opening so I could pick up the shirts I needed for an event that day. That is impeccable customer service. The team LOVED their custom designed shirts. Thank you to Shawn, Matt and the Big Frog team. We will definitely be back again :)

I was in a jam on Monday morning for items I needed Monday evening. Shaw and his team were AMAZING! I am in Houston, Texas, and had sales guys visiting Michigan for a trade show that required t-shirts and polos. The order we placed with our vendors was not going to arrive in time. Not once did the team have a negative response. They delivered in a timely manner and truly handled the VERY last-minute request with ease. I would highly recommend.
