Do not buy anything here. They only stand by their product for two weeks and then you're on your own if the product is defective unless you buy a $179 plan from them. So if you buy a cheaper TV or computer add $179 on to that otherwise you're out of luck. No help from them.

Has lots of tech, shopped in store. Reasonably quick checkout. Pushy sales staff in the computer section that wouldn't speak to my fiance, despite her knowing more about computers than me.

Horrible customer service. Manager Jordan didn't want to honor what we were sold on saying she could lose her Job.Total plan is a Joke. Don't waste your money, insurance is better to get. If an employee can honor something for us and she claim they broke code but why would he be transferred to a different store & not fired? Doesn't make no sense. Seems like you we're just having a bad Night and wanted to take it out on the customer. Should never tell a customer after paying for a total plan saying go some where else and pay to have a screen fix that broke right on the crease where it open and closes. Phone wasn't drop or anything. Just suddenly stop working with a black line down the middle.

Total tec doesn't cover anything apparently & Is a waste of money. Was told all our devices were covered but now only up for "2 years".Samsung fold Z 3 screen stopped working all a sudden. Didn't drop it or nothing. All i wanted was the screen fix thinking it would be covered under total tec plan.Wanted over $300 and keep my only phone for 2 weeks!!!What did i spend all this money on a phone known for this same issue smh.According to Jordan there was nothing she could do but take my phone for 2 weeks and pay out over $300 after being lied to about the total plan ?I don't recommend anyone paying for total plan, better off going with insurance. Spent all this money on a phone that doesn't even last. Spent all this money on years of total plan that doesn't seem to do anything.

Customer support at the Novi Best Buy is really great. The associates are personable and very helpful.Abel in the Geek Squad is phenomenal. I went in with a smart watch pairing issue, and he worked through determining that watch would not pair. He returned it for me and found another watch for less money than the original. He then paired it with my phone to ensure I could use it. He was charming and informative the entire time.I will continue to shop here based on the level of service I have received.

I came in to buy a new high end home theater system. The previous one I purchased several years ago from best buy is on its last legs. Found out the magnolia room is no longer there. Very little assistance available. The assistance that was available wasn't helpful and it was almost as if I was a nuisance.If you're looking to listen to most of what is available, go elsewhere because almost nothing is plugged in to listen to the sound quality. If you want someone helpful with making a selection, describing products or assisting you with a purchase, go elsewhere. Just an overall disappointing and underwhelming experience.

I went into this store location because my laptop went out. The geek squad employee named Ken was extremely rude. Before I could even speak he looked me up anddown said he was too busy to help. I didn’t even get a word in. He gave no guidance whatsoever .I’ve never been so offended. A customer who saw what happened advised that I speak with customer service instead. Ken really needs a refresher course on customer service. He had the worst attitude. I said something to the floor manager but he didn’t really seem to care. I hope someone speaks with him about this because it’s just unacceptable!

Best buy became a drop shipping company rather than in stock store . Most of their item you purchased they will give you an estimate of time to get it which might take weeks like what happened to me and maybe they will keep postponing it for couple months . If this is the case I highly recommend you buy straight from the manufacture websites rather than using best buy as mediator and dropshipping company .

I bought a ZAGG IPHONE screen protector they have life time warranty on it the screen protector broken.When it’s broken you have to go to best buy to replace for free as long as you own the device …Any guess how many times my screen protector broken 5 times I guess.Recently I visited the store as they don’t have same model and they gave 15 pro max protector actually my phone model is 13 pro max. They guy said both are same size I just believed it as they are experts .. it’s not firing at all again I have to go nowUseless ZAGG SCREEN PROTECTOR DONT BUY MAKE SURE THEY ARE RPELACING RIGHT MODEL DONG ON THEIR KNOWLEDGE it’s too much time waste for me everytime GoTo shop and search for item and stand line and get it and install on the phone really frustrating…They are not even listening my concerns that’s I have to write hear generally I don’t like to write negative comments on any business

Used the curbside pick up of an online purchase. I may never go inside the store ever again. The deal went smooth as can be and the wait for the package after I parked was only 5 minutes.
