Had a mishap with ordering an alexa, and recieving a stand. Managers went above and beyond to make sure it was rectified. Great service from Bob the manager.

We went to get new phones June 6 at novi best buy we had 2 people named Jesse and Miles the best service ever they were nice caring and helpful and patience and also kind respectful a week later today June 13 I had a question about my iphone and they answered my questions A+ I recommend going to best buy for new phones... read full comment

This was just a quick trip and reminded mr why I don't ship at best buy more. The staff is all over you to get your attention they get rude when you tell them you just want a $12 cable. That you can get next or 2 day for $7 from amazon. But you can atleast get a good idea on what your looking for.
