I was told to call a 1800 number to schedule a windshield installation. When I connected with someone, they told me they'd have their manager call me back. I never received that call. This is extremely frustrating considering Safelite flaked on me at the last minute and Belle Tire seemed like a good alternative. I already have a windshield, and I literally just need it installed. My family has been a Belle Tire customer since the 70’s and this company is still our first go-to for service needs. I was a first time visitor to the Novi location to have a tire sensor replaced. I found them to be honest in their assessment of my problem with minimal wait time, and they replaced the valve stem as well on the tire ‘just in case’ for my safety. This store is my new favorite location, a 100% satisfied customer here!

5 year customer disappointed. Over promised, under delivered.
I went to get a new pair of tires and talked to Dan yesterday August 30th. We made an appointment to 8:30AM August 31st to exchange two tires under warranty and add two new ones, as recommended by him. He promised the 4 tires for a given price and that they would be in first thing in the morning.
I arrive at 8:15AM, Dan isn't there, and the note has only two tires instead of the 4 promised. Work was to be finished at 10AM, and 11:00AM the new tires aren't even in the store. They placed back the old tires so I could go for my appointment, and worst part, the tire lights are ON on the dashboard, even after setting to recommended pressure and resetting the lamp twice.

I took my car in today for a slow leak in my tire. Turns out it was a screw. They patched it FOR FREE!! AMAZING SERVICE! Everyone was so kind!!!

The control arms needed to be replaced and instead of letting me know they did a front end alighnment anyway. Well the alighnment did not hold. They never even took for test drive after alighnment. Went back next day and they wasted my time for three hours. I’m seeking a full refund.

Got a full set of tires with the warranty at this location (Novi), made an appointment online and left the car for the day. The closest Belle Tire is an hour away. This one is two hours away from me, but I was in the area.
About 6 months later one of the tires was consistently losing air, sometimes 10lb at a time so I returned to this location to get my tire looked at/fixed before I headed out on an all day road trip with my kids. Showed at up 8:10am right after they opened on a Saturday. One of the four bays was open.
I went in to see four salesmen in collared shirts sitting at the computers and NOBODY waiting in the lobby.
Salesman: "What can we help you with?"
Me: "I have a tire losing air and need it looked at."
Salesman: "Do you have an appointment."
Me: "No."
Salesman: "If you leave it we can look at it this afternoon, we're really busy".
Me: "I'm heading out of state right now, you can't just look at it?" Salesman: "We're really busy."
Me in shock: "OK.... I guess I'll just have to figure it out" and left.
Not one peep from the other 3 salesman standing right there hearing the entire conversation. Didn't even try to squeeze me in. Complete lack of concern for my safety or any other passengers in my car. He didn't even ask me if I bought the tires there. He didn't care. I didn't make an appointment and they were 'too busy'.
Terrible customer service. Most relaxed environment I've ever been in for being 'too busy' to provide follow up on a service I already prepaid for with the extra warranty. Will never buy from any Belle Tire again.

Can’t say enough about the customer service at Belle Tire. I’m from out of state in a rental vehicle and encountered a problem. They have gone above and beyond any other establishment I have worked with in the past. 45 min before closing, fair pricing and exceptional assistance. So impressed that I would consider driving 300 miles when my personal vehicles require tires Thank You Mark, For your Help!. Very Impressed.
