If you are a truck driver picking up make sure you have food because it takes at least 5 hrs to start loading and after that the smartS little girl in the shipping office will try to say Check in time is your appt time and check out is when they start loading you...lol

I maintain several Belanger carwashes, I spend thousands of dollars a month on replacement parts, every single order for the last 8 months has had at least one part wrong. This costs me lots of time and money, and is completely unacceptable. Sort it out or I'll be installing new washes from a different company. I'm absolutely fed up. Every time I go to do a job it's a mad dash around town to find the parts I already ordered months prior because they can't read a part number.

Not entirely sure who this email is going to. Either way this needs to be said. Our company spends a lot of money ordering new parts, receiving warranty parts, and installing them. I'm just curious why there's so many rude and disrespectful people that work for your company? They act and talk as if I am inconveniencing them. Do you all do any form of Customer Service training? Phone etiquette? Sales Training? Just curious. Either way I'd truly recommend throwing a seminar, or maybe even a couple short videos and a pop quiz afterwards. It seems at this point any form of training would probably be an improvement. Your competitors have no problems with treating us, a Customer, with respect, as we do them. So it's just truly puzzling why we seem to be such an inconvenience to you. I'm not asking them to work hard, just look up an item and do a variety of key strokes, while sitting on a chair in what I'm assuming is an air conditioned environment. Not asking to come outside in the elements and put it on themselves. Anyway I hope this letter inspires just an iota of change, because I believe even that would make a world of difference.
