“Ordered golf cart batteries on line. The store called almost immediately saying they were out, but would have them in the morning! True to their word called the next morning that my batteries had arrived and I could pick them at my convenience. I picked them up a couple hours later - loaded them in my vehicle without being asked to do so. Told to bri f the old battteries back which I did several days later. The unloaded the batteries and gave me an immediate refund for the core charges. All associates were friendly and helpful and whether I needed any info, etc. Everything was no hassle and efficient.”

“I really appreciate two gentlemen today. They were kind, professional and helpful. I got my battery test and was suggested to change to a new one due to the end of battery life. I knew I had to change it right away since I already had my car jump-started twice within a day. But It was raining quite heavily outside and it could be dangerous to get the battery installed. Still, they managed to find a place nearby where I could park my car partially under the roof so the hood wouldn't be caught in the rain. The work was done quickly and so far no issue with my battery. Thanks again for helping.”

I had been to multiple shops and auto stores and no one was nearly as helpful as the man that helped me last night . My receipt says Salvatore not sure if that’s his name but if so thank you again !”

“I went to "We Fix It" inside Batteries Plus to get my phone looked at. It keeps not recognizing that the sim card is in. Cory offered to take my whole phone apart and diagnose the problem for free! He was far too kind.Unfortunately, my phone had no visible issues so we still couldn't figure out what the problem was (I'm waiting for a new sim card to arrive, I now believe the problem is the sim card itself), but the service was phenomenal and I'll definitely be back again if I have other issues with my phone!
