Came in the store around 8:40pm on Tuesday, October 31st. I know how it is to work in retail and have people come in close to closing time. But I also understand people work like just me and may only have the time to come in close to closing. The employees did no type of acknowledgement, there was only two people working but I walked past one lady when I first walked in and she didn’t even lift her head up. I walked around the store for about 10 minutes until I walked up to the front. As soon as I started walking up to the counter, the other young lady that was behind the counter started WALKING AWAY. I was so confused because this young lady was up at the counter most of the time and as soon I started walking up she walked away. I mean just rude and disrespectful. Not even acknowledging me and is bad enough, but to want to ring up a customer? I politely put back the few things I was ready to buy and left out of the store.

Store is dangerous... in a good way! I had to start doing online orders so I would stay on track. Hard not to buy the whole store. Something for everyone. Great for selfish purchases and gifts for others. Great competitive prices with some type of deal always going on. Employees are knowledgeable about their products and super friendly.

I went to the Bath and Body Works in Novi on Creacent Blvd and this was the first one I went to where all of the many sales people on the floor completely ignored me and never once asked if I needed assistance. I needed help but they were servicing others. so, one decided to then ask if I needed help when they were getting ready to close.This is unlike all of the other stores who are so willing to help. was disappointe.

I would’ve left this review directly through Bath and Body Works but couldn’t find a place to do so ☹️ This store was super well-stocked. They had plenty of everything I was looking for, and already had the full line of fall products in! Great check-out experience as well!

Not many customers here which is great! Only one person in line ahead of me. But angry employee may explain why there’s a lack of customers. ? The other employee was really sweet.
