I have been an Autumn client for almost 20 years. What I appreciate most is the attentive customer service with a little personality thrown in, so I don't feel like a transaction. About 5 years ago I shopped them to confirm I was getting maximum value and not being taken for granted as a long and loyal customer and no surprise. The competitor offered similar pricing. Valuing the relationship, there is no reason to look anywhere else!
