Beautiful mall with a tin of cool stores we had to visit the apple store but browsed around mall while we waited , it's clean and very well kept .....it'd be nice to see malls as a hangout for teens like they used to be

Even if you make an appointment every time, you have to wait for 25-30 minutes. First they greet you at the entrance and tell you to wait for a while and then no one comes or goes. There are employees standing around doing nothing. When you ask how long you will wait, they say they don't know and ignore you.

Melanie(the manager) and Jeff were so amazingly helpful! They took the time to help me with my phone's issue and went above and beyond! They made sure my battery issue wasnt going to continue or affect my phone in other ways. I can't say enough great things about the two of them.and the story in general!

This is the worst Apple Store I have ever been to. Customer service is horrible! Once you come to the store they ask you to wait for an associate to help, but then you stay there for 10, 15 minutes, see a lot of associates talking and joking around and nobody cares about you. That happened to me multiple times in that store. It seems you are doing a favor of trying to buy an Apple product. Do yourself a favor and just go to a Best Buy or buy it online.

Scheduled a service appointment then waited for 2 hours. Then I found that my appointment got canceled.Very disappointed. I will visit other stores but not this store.

As a user with multiple AppleCare products I expected quality service upon scheduling an appointment to fix a crack on my device. I waited 25 minutes before I left the store. I did not have a bad interaction with any particular rep. However I would expect a business help me within 10-15 min of my scheduled time, or at least inform me of expected delays. This experience made me regret being an Apple user.
