“I lived here for a little over 3 years, I liked my townhome with exception for the older appliances.and ACThe staff was always friendly and club house is great with a large gym, stretching studio and swimming pool. I enjoyed staying there and was sad to leave, the leasing agents were always available, responsive and caring. They were very understanding and I would recommend this place for you. I would say if you are looking for luxury and safety this is the place.”

I have stayed at many different properties, and it cannot be overstated how much more helpful, professional, and overall, caring the Diamond Forest staff is as compared to my past experiences.”
“I have been here a few months and overall have good things to say about the complex. The apartments are spacious and well-appointed. Apartments are well soundproofed and I have never heard my neighbors (granted I chose a top floor unit so nobody would be walking overhead). The leasing staff are helpful and repairs are completed quickly. The grounds are fairly well maintained and clean. The location is nice and a reasonably short walk from downtown Plymouth and a short drive from just about anything you might need. There is plenty of parking for residents and guests.My main issue is something that the apartment complex has no control over but should be considered when looking at this place... there are train tracks nearby and CONSTANT train horns can be heard at all hours of the day and night, loud enough to wake you up (even with windows closed). The units are also priced aggressively high but not completely unreasonable for the amenities, market, and location. The gym has limited equipment and there is no pool.”

“I’ve been here for a month now and I’m thoroughly enjoying every moment. I love the ambience and I’m really happy with the maintenance team—they respond immediately to any issues. I’ve made new friends and I love playing pickleball with them. I’m looking forward to meeting more people. While not everything is fancy and the latest, I’m glad that all the appliances do their jobs well.”

I was working for another apartment complex when I moved in here and working for that complex made my anxiety level very high. But I have been here for 4 years now and have been very pleased. I have been very lucky to have had very pleasant neighbors. The staff is very friendly for most part. I have never had a problem with work orders and they have been pretty good on keep up on snow removal. I have read many of the reviews and just want to add that people who are complaining about work orders by maintenance not getting done in timely manner just remember that many of those were during the huge pandemic where EVERY WHERE and everyone had staffing issues and many are still having these issues. Just remember that when you read reviews and making decisions to move into these apartments. I worked for an apartment complex and refused to live at the complex I worked at even though it would have been much cheaper. The maintenance guys I worked with were incompetent at best, the property manager is a B..tch and clueless. So be careful grass isn't always greener”

“I have been a resident for 16 years. Overall I haven’t had a lot of concerns. There is one issue that should be addressed in residents using the street to walk with strollers, impeding traffic. There should be a specific area where people can walk, not the streets. Appliance upgrades to reflect today’s modern design. I would love a paint update, and carpet cleaning or go to hardwood floors.
