Highly recommended. Personable experience. Patrick really helped me out and made me feel comfortable in the process of purchasing my new mattress without feeling rushed. I came back in the following day and he still remembered my name. That to me really stands out.

Ken Thomas was absolutely amazing and showed great customer service. He was very personable and guided me in picking the best mattress to meet my needs. I would definitely recommend this place if you're looking for an excellent mattress. They have a great collection and a lot of variety.

We had a great experience shopping at American Mattress. Patrick provided all the information we needed and answered all of our questions to enable us to reach an informed decision. No pressure and no hurry making that decision. It was particularly helpful to have various options available to actually test and compare for comfort. The trial period and exchange policy are comforting also. Looking forward to sleeping in our new bed!

Store manager, Pat, was extremely helpful and answered all my questions very patiently. It was pretty convenient to schedule the delivery, which took less than 48 hours. Extremely satisfied with the great and friendly service. Hoping the product turns out as it was promised.
