I purchased a shuffleboard table from Watson's of Novi last weekend. My sales person, Amy was very professional and pleasant to deal with. She knew her product and did an amazing job covering all aspects of the product from the table itself to what was involved in the delivery and setup of the shuffleboard table. the table was delivered to today, a week from the date of purchase. the delivery guys did an amazing job bringing the table downstairs into the basement with no problems whatsoever. They worked diligently to set the table up and ensure that it was level and ready to played on. Both gentlemen were extremely professional and worked hard to ensure that the installation of the table was completed quickly with no issues whatsoever. it was a great experience from the beginning of the purchase until the shuffleboard table was installed. I highly recommend Watson's of Novi for all your game room purchases and will purchase from them again.

Employees were wonderful and helpful. I was in Novi driving from Hot tub dealer to dealer and they were my last stop. I wish I went there first. Other shops in the area seemed like used car dealerships compared to them. Felt comfortable buying on the spot. Great service and excellent delivery/setup. They have earned a customer for life.

We just broke ground on our deck, so we were in need of patio furniture. We were welcomed by Amy who is amazing! We came in with a rendering of our Deck and she knew exactly what to do when we showed her what we were working with. She took the time to not only show us different sets but made sure it was going to fit our space. We made a few changes in between the construction and she was accommodating through the entire process. Our furniture arrived right at completion which was perfect. I can't say enough great things about Amy and Watson's of Novi. We also ended up getting a hot tub throughout the process too, which is also amazing. She didn't try and sell us anything which is the best part, she is truly a professional who knows what she's doing and is there to streamline and accommodate what you're looking for. Thank you AMY!!

Brought our spa water in to be tested after we moved into a new house. The staff was very helpful in guiding us through the next steps and what chemicals would be needed to restore the water from its green state. Definitely will be coming back for more advice and the other cool patio items they have here!

We got our Jacuzzi here and love it. We had one issue with a leak when we first purchased it and they came out for free and repaired it. I would recommend buying a hot tub from them.

Great purchase experience! Jeannie was great all the way through the process. She kept her eye out for delivery cancellations and squeezed us in the next day. Doesn’t get any better than that.

The team at Watson's of Novi are fabulous! Amy Allard took great care of us during our selection of our new spa and continues with terrific customer service. Nancy Halloway in their service / delivery department is wonderful to work with! We had a few mishaps during the whole experience, but these two individuals and the rest of the Novi staff made everything right and with a pleasant experience. I would highly recommend!

Watsons of Novi is excellent from start to finish. The products are quality, the sales team is very knowledgeable and the delivery teams were top notch. We recently purchased a pool table, dart board, Jacuzzi spa and a massage chair. With each purchase we have been very satisfied with all aspects. We have been able to continue to receive help when we had questions about our spa! The spa and massage chair have changed my life. I had chronic back pain and was about to have back surgery. After using my jacuzzi spa consistently, my back pain is gone. The massage chair helps me maintain feeling good. If you are thinking of buying any home leisure products, start with Watsons of Novi. You will be satisfied with the whole experience and keep coming back...like we did!

I purchased a pool table recently from here and I am about to tell you about my experience. I stopped in one day to just look around and get a quote and see what this was going to cost me. I was greeted with a warm welcome when I walked through the door, and then was shown all of my options including looking through the catalogs to make sure we covered all the bases. The table that I wanted originally was an 8 foot table and after checking my measurements and talking with my rep I decided to switch to the 7 foot table for a more enjoyable gaming experience. I got an amazing deal on my table and the installation tech Glen was one of the best. He measured out where the table would be then took his tape measure and set it to the length of the cue stick and showed me where all of my shots and angles would be so that we could find the perfect spot for the table. Everything was installed rather quickly and very professionally. I am very pleased with my purchase and experience and I would highly recommend Watson's if you are in the market.
