Absolutely horrible customer service . I walked in their store after driving an hour to return a pair of shoes completely unworn. It was a while ago but didn’t even have the courtesy to give me store credit. This is why their business model is completely failing and they will close down

I literally came in there last min with my mom and daughter saw a shoe as we were walking bye. The store was closing in about 10mins i felt bad but i really needed the shoe the sales rep was sooooo nice and didn’t make me feel rushed she was beyond helpful looking online for my shoe trying to order the size i needed it’s just the customer service for me! Great customer service makes a big difference when shopping NAYA was her name

I love Aldo shoes and I loved what I bought recently but this review is not about aldo but about the customer experience at this store. I'm not sure I was treated this way because I'm brown or just because the sales representatives felt they didn't wanted to work at all. There was another customer in the store(not brown) being attended by one of the sales representative in a very good manner and then I was waiting for another two representatives who were literally doing nothing but gossiping, I even asked them, one of whom didn't care and the other girl who was busy talking with her colleague finally responded. I asked for some shoes in different size and she got them gave it to me and left again. While on the other side other customer was being treated so nicely and it was a stark difference I felt right there that I was being ignored I don't know for what. N finally I had to glance at the representatives few more times and call them again and again to bill the shoes. It was a horrible experience for me being treated differently cz of my skin color and the funny fact is one sales person was white and other was black but I was mistreated for being brown.

I had a NEW pair of heels shipped to their store. When I went there to pick it up, the heels are clearly dirty, worn, and damaged, yet the girls work at the store insisted that it’s NEW.I added pictures of what they claim to be new

Beautiful shoes and handbags for women also nice pairs of shoes for men. Just make sure you have money when you go in it's so tempting you want to buy so many different types of shoes. Lol

No one greets u when u come in the store. Instead they act like you're invisible. I had to walk up to her to ask her questions. She had the worst attitude and personality of anyone I've encountered in years. For that reason, I will not be returning to that location.
