I shopped at 12 oaks Aldo today and I had an awesome experience! The customer service is absolutely amazing! I got everything I needed for my birthday trip with the help of James ! I will be back very soon!

Absolutely horrible customer service . I walked in their store after driving an hour to return a pair of shoes completely unworn. It was a while ago but didn’t even have the courtesy to give me store credit. This is why their business model is completely failing and they will close down

I literally came in there last min with my mom and daughter saw a shoe as we were walking bye. The store was closing in about 10mins i felt bad but i really needed the shoe the sales rep was sooooo nice and didn’t make me feel rushed she was beyond helpful looking online for my shoe trying to order the size i needed it’s just the customer service for me! Great customer service makes a big difference when shopping NAYA was her name
