I've spent about 5 hours in the last week trying to schedule my prescription. Everyone I talk to tells me something different. No one here knows what is going on. Avoid at all costs if possible. Terrible service.

UPDATE: They most definitely are a bunch of incompetent fools! I have pages of documentation spread across several (7 weeks to be exact) of people I've spoken with, times, dates, if they were helpful and what they told me. I called the insurance portion I spoke to supervisors, I spoke to internal pharmacy members. Incompetent is not even a good enough word for them. That's being too nice. YOU CAN'T just yank someone off of medication because you suck!! Get it together over there! Peoples lives actually depend on you and that's terrifying to think!They LITERALLY don't give a hoot if you are out of medicine. I've been trying for a month to make some headway! Awful customer service!

This is the absolute worst company. I have never been lied to so many times. I would have given it a zero if I could. It’s almost like they hold your medications hostage. World’s worst medical provider.

Why, Accredo? Why do you suck so much? I just spent 2.5 hours of my day trying to get them to reverse a fraudulent claim to Medicaid they had billed but weren't going to be dispensing medication. Major props to Melissa, pharm tech, Danielle T. the supervisors for finally getting things done but I still have to ask: Accredo, what are you doing? I know you can do better. Pay your people more. Support your employees better. Provide better care for your patients. You are literally a health hazard as it stands.

I have had the worst experience with this pharmacy. For almost 2 years there's been an issue every month with getting my script. They put my prescription on hold after I scheduled it on their " fast and easy" application. I've got different wrong excuses from several associates, they all seem new, and untrained. These people stress me out every month which in turn makes me ill. If I could switch pharmacies I would, but they are the only ones I can use. Never had an issue with previous pharmacies. I don't think they realize they are messing with people's lives. If this continues I will contact the pharmacy board and Better Business.

Ridiculous. Waited 2.5 months for my specialty prescription. Any time I call I get a different person that has no idea what is going on and I have to start over. They took it upon them selves to autoship my meds 3 weeks early. Trash company.

Absolute incompetence all around if I could give negative stars I would. Customer service atrociously lacking. Unacceptably long processing times. They have made my condition worse. Not only do they fail to send medication on time, they have the gall to ask if I want to speak to a pharmacist about missing doses! No- I want to speak to their licensing board about shutting them down. I feel sorry for you if you are forced to use them. If you have a choice, stay far far away from them if you want to receive your medication.

Wish I could give them zero stars. We've had to use a specialty pharmacy for years for my son's medication, and they are by far the WORST I've ever dealt with. Nothing is ever delivered on time, they do not return calls, and their customer service is severely lacking. I wish we never had to deal with them again, but unfortunately we don't have a choice due to our insurance. However, if given a choice, I would never choose Acreedo.

Beware. Had to switch from CVS to Accredo because of change of insurance. You have to stay on top of them and try to navigate the chaotic systems and internal policies. For instance, they stopped a shipment because of some internal processing issues company wide. When they called me because of the issue they also had generic automated calls at the same time that were spamming me to answer a survey so I didn't know there was an issue until I ran out of medication. Turns out, they had to contact me in order to approve the new shipment date before shipping the product. They should have just shipped it because I had previously authorized the shipment. My life depends on this medication and this is unacceptable.

I am so lost for words I mean this is by far the worst company you can work for; I cannot believe the way they treat their agents the excuses they make to let you go or write you up and the hours they keep from your pay and all of a sudden remove holiday pay from employees who recently started employment, I'm beyond hurt and upset for how I was treated and I gave my all to work for them and treated every patient with care and compassion but that just wasn't enough, they overloaded themselves and didn't expect to have as many employees as they did and looked for any way or reason to let some go me who is a mother with toddler children to feed and keep a roof over there heads, but no who cares they sure didn't….. Super disappointed and will not ever recommend because your not allowed to be new and make mistakes they hold it against you from the start

Would give a zero if I could. Horrible. It's been over a month and still don't have my prescription. They have been giving me the run around for a month now. Would absolutely not recommend them to anyone
