Great service. Unlike Hone Depo, Lowel’s and Best Buy, the ABC Warehouse has lots of appliances on display!!!! Easy to choose with lots of appliances on display.

We have purchased many appliances from ABC, even during Covid. We have always been pleased with the quality of the items purchased. Most recently, we purchased appliances for our home in Port Austin. Our sales associate, Greg, was fantastic in helping us purchase exactly what we needed and making sure we could get it up to the thumb of Michigan. Despite a bad delivery experience, Greg once again stepped in to make sure we were happy with the end result! We will continue to shop at ABC and appreciate the quality customer service we received!

A failed appliance, is definitely a headache (a refrigerator in this case). We had a issue upon delivery and instead of the refrigerator being installed, it was taken back with the delivery company. Very frustrated, we went back to ABC warehouse and Kathy saved the day! Kathy was very knowledge, extremely helpful , understanding of our frustrations and did everything she could to make sure we were satisfied. Kathy truly went above and beyond, and when we were questioning what to do, she used her years of experience and provided her honest opinion, and it was correct! I would recommend anyone to work with Kathy on their next purchase at ABC Warehouse. You wont regret it, and you'll probably have a few laughs as well. Thank you SO much Kathy!

Catherine is Great Salesperson, great sense of humor, aimed to make the customer happy. We were completely happy with the experience. We would recommend shopping at ABC of Novi and seeing Catherine for a wonderful shopping experience!

Spent alot of money over the years here. Won't go back. Pretty bad when a delivery company dictates your ability to please you customers after your store manager makes a mistake.

I can no longer recommend this retailer. They failed to honor the extended warranty which we purchased on a LG refrigerator. Spent months trying to resolve while ABC pointed fingers at contracted repair shop. Ultimately had to settle with LG and go with another brand that was not purchased through ABC Warehouse.

Just upgraded to a new 85” tv with the wonderful help of salesman Jeff Johnston.!! Jeff was able to answer all my wife’s questions & concern. He knows all tech on the tv’s & sound bars. Ask for Jeff Johnston, @ the Novi store for superior customer service ??.

My sales person, Mary K., went above and beyond helping me find a refrigerator. She made sure that I had the correct measurements which made it easy for me to make my choice. She was knowledgeable, patient, and understanding to my needs. Also, the delivery men were very professional at delivering and removing my old refrigerator. Purchased a service contract with them. Called two separate times about two different issues and set up an appointment for the earliest time, which was a week later. BOTH appointments were canceled THE MORNING OF the appointment!!! These guys don't want to work. Horrible service!

I have a great sales person who I only deal with named Joann. I gotta say I go in for one thing and come out with other items. She is always on top of all sales and bargains. She also knows details about the items you are pursuing that are helpful. Delivery in the past has been a bit trying. I recently purchased a new washer and dryer GREAT PRICE!!!. The delivery was a little rocky because I was expecting a call in advance with a substantial window. Thank God for a Ring doorbell where I was able to communicate with delivery. I had a relative around the corner and she was there within 8 minutes. Once they got going the delivery guys were very nice, professional and really did a great job. This was a great ending . The store itself has the best pricing and deals around. I only shop at the Novi store. The addition of furniture and mattresses is great.

Never been disappointed. They will always work a deal with you. Look for John in Novi, he's been there forever and he does what it takes to save the customer a few extra off floor prices whenever he can.

Worst experience. Sales guy sold to me with $40 charge, updated 4 days later it will not be delivered as it's from clearance.Got $40 back has paid $70 for u haul. And not given charger. Has visited again to collect but got not working cable. Has visited again to collect working one.It's 30 miles two way, so did 120miles travel with $70 additional uhaul charges. On top of it very negligence response as giving at free of cost.This experience in ABC Livonia MI center.
