This review is for the AAA Auto Club Group and not this branch specifically, but I feel that I should still post it here for awareness because I did buy my insurance through this agency. AAA rejected my claim and would not help me at all. The sales agent working at this branch did try to help out and I appreciate the effort, but AAA claim adjusters would not budge and they would not provide a good reason either on why they denied my claim. AAA insurance is a fraud. I have been with them for a few years and have not filed a claim. I recently filed a claim for roof damage due to recent storms in my area and they rejected the claim with reason that damage is more than 12 months old. I asked for proof how they came up with this, what data do they have, but did not get a response. I submitted a hail report showing how often it hailed this year and again did not get a response back from them. My several requests to them fell on deaf ears. I got an expert opinion from a contractor and he said this is definitely due to recent storms. Other home owners in my neighborhood have gotten their roof replaced in the same period without any issues with their insurance company. I feel that my home is not protected at all with AAA insurance. They are good at fabricating excuses and not providing any proof or good customer service. I escalated the issue, but no one would answer my questions and it's because they don't have any good answers. They breached the contract and left me hung out to dry and now they've terminated my insurance saying that since roof is damage, therefore I am ineligible now. Horrible horrible service and a scam company. They are in the business of just collecting premiums and not paying anything back. Please watch out for this before getting your home insured from them.

What a great new family business in the area. From start to finish the experience with starting up my new AAA insurance policy was amazing. Alexandra and her team were nothing short of great when it came to creating a policy that worked great with my vehicles and home! Myself, my wife, my children, and my home and covered and the price fit perfectly into my budget. Again thank you so much and I will 100% be recommending my friends and family to this AAA location!

Once i arrived here i was greeted right away, I was offered some coffee and then we got right down to business i told the nice lady everything i need and she got me a quote, Went through all the information with me and i signed. It was the best experience i have ever had!

I was very disappointed with the customer service at this location. The front office lady was super nice but the agent was very demeaning to me. I came in because I lost my car keys and was asking the agent about services or discounts to help me get a new key made. She told me they did not do any services like that but nice try and said I should go to dealership. She also recommended I call the 800 number and ask them. I felt the extra commentary about nice try was very unprofessional and unnecessary. I was also very surprised that I got such a disrespectful reaction from the agent because I have had excellent customer service and help from AAA. I did call the 800 number and received help and a discount.
