My husband and I donated an entire car load of items in very nice, saleable condition on Friday, July 19, 2024. We pulled up to the unloading area and no one bothered to come out. My husband went inside the store and was told that there were people back there. We returned to the unloading area and no one acknowledged us at all. No saying hello, no offering to help unload the donations, no telling us where they wanted the donations, no thank you, no offering us a receipt, no NOTHING. We will no longer be donating to this particular location. If these ladies are getting paid to be there, they SHOULDN"T be. Completely USELESS and RUDE! I would give zero stars if I could. Absolutely terrible!

Finally visited after years of not taking the drive during pandemic. So haven't been there in at least 4 years. Prices were so high we walked out spending very little. Under $10. Left behind things we may have purchased but not at those prices. It used to be a favorite but it's a 2 hr drive but will no longer bother. Just too pricey for the mileage. I realize it's charity but we could fill our carts but not at prices like we found.

Prices are going up so fast and the layout of this store is small but the staff are always friendly and it's always clean

Prices are too high for the inventory you have. $20 for a basic wild fable dress from target? No thanks. Too many hand written notes everywhere example: don't take hangers off your clothes, we'll do it. Don't ask to haggle prices. We don't take business debit cards. Don't steal. The list goes on and on. Not very warm or welcoming.

Nice clean store. Not a wide selection of up to date styles although I moved from Florida where there were many Thrift Stores with excellent choices to be had.
