Fraudulent charges made on my account at their Florence Wisconsin station. The station had no records of the sale , yet it still appeared on my account. I was never in the store at the date and time of transaction. La Faive oil head office would not give any information or say that they would even look into the problem. I was told to call the BP corporate office. In doing so corporate told me it was La Faive who is responsible not corporate. Worst customer service from La Faive oil ever the lady was rude and didn’t seem to care they had stolen my money

Bathroom was so gross and coffee station smelled like it hasn't been cleaned in awhile that's gross at least I kept it clean
