I attend the gentle yoga classes as a beginner and love it. I also participated in a couple of workshops that were awakening for me. Jenny is very knowledgeable and kind. I can't wait to see what workshops she's got coming for 2020.

I used Jenny’s LC services almost 4 years ago and today I had a prenatal massage with Christianna. Excellent experience both times and I highly recommend. She has the little cushion that allows you to lay on your stomach for the massage even at 38 weeks pregnant and it felt AMAZING!!

Jenny is amazing and the studio is great! She does a wonderful job at mixing things up. Also, she I've is very perceptive of and accomodating to the differing skill levels of those in attendance and will adjust her sequence/instructions accordingly. I've been to many studios and she is of the best instructors I've ever had.

Great place to connect with yourself and others. Very inviting atmosphere and knowledgeable staff. They offer a variety of classes and madsage options. A one of a kind place for the county.

I just had a fantastic massage by Jenny and attended childbirth/labor prep and breastfeeding classes with her. She has so much knowledge, is very well educated, and I feel so much more comfortable about what to expect after talking with her! I highly recommend Jenny for any mamas out there!!!
