Tried online ordering. They substituted an item and when I declined it and was sitting in the pickup area they called & said I’d have to pay full price for remaining item. Before I had a chance to decide what to do they cancelled the order on my app (without asking me) I am so mad!!

Just went into Meijer (like everyone else in town) last minute to grab the last few things for Christmas tomorrow. Yes 4pm on Christmas Eve, I had the most PLEASANT experience. Cheerful, smiling employees working SOOOOO hard. Bryce in the self checkout moved the line through so fast, the whole shopping trip took twenty minutes from start to finish. I am SO impressed! thanks Meijer employees, merry Christmas to YOU!

the parking lot constantly has trash thrown on the ground... near cars... I walk out of my car to step on trash, not a pleasant experience to go shopping here

The man working the butchers meat count was hands down the nicest employee you have. He was friendly and had such a positive attitude. He really seems like a positive person and I feel like that needs recognition. The world is crazy for us all , especially for anyone in the customer service industry and to be able to be that happy and kind is amazing.

I do love this store. I do have one issue though. The pet fish they sell are suffering. I know most folks don't have time to care about fish but they are living things and deserve to be taken care of properly. Fish are sick and dying. The water quality is horrific. NO one wants to buy a sick fish and then take them home to a tank full of healthy fish just to wake up the next day with a massive fish kill because a multimillion-dollar company can't seem to find the time to take care of its live animals. Please fix this issue. Thank you, Meijers for doing the right thing.

Meijer Associates... Amazing Job this Morning!! 03/26/2020 At 7:00 A.M. when I got there...Doors were Open...Elect. Carts all Charged and Sanitized...Available just inside the Entrance! Many Meijer associates Cheerfully greeting and helping customers. Got the Items I went for … Checked out and headed Home to Stay for the Day. Everyone appeared to Respect "Social Distance" Thank You!!

I love they are local. I hate going there and there a long line at every check out, and over half of them are closed and unmanned. There has to be d Someway of d Bring staff from elsewhere in the building to man the checkout. It’s the last contact with the store. It changes the whole feeling of the visit.
