I was panicked but Jeremiah in parts was just the loveliest person and assured me that this happens to a bunch of festival-goers every year. He had the fob in stock and held it under my daughter's name so it wouldn't be sold to anyone else. As it turns out, my daughter found the fob under one of the tents when they were breaking down camp, so service wasn't needed, but I just wanted to give Jeremiah a shout out for exemplary customer service and making this worried mom and Nissan owner a little less worried!”
