Lately I been stopping by but your always closed like today 7/24/24 @6:30pm your closed but your opened 24 hours if you change your hours been open we appreciate you tell your customers this neighborhood looks forward to having a store opened just for getting snacks ,gas or alcohol and etc .

Scanned my card at the disgustingly dirty pump and got left waiting for 5 minutes until i cancled transaction. Wife went Inside for a drink and got 2 cokes of which both were expired.

It's okay. This was the best price in the entire area, only beat by Fremont. However, the first pump I tried (closest to road) wasn't working at all and there wasn't anything to show that it was broken. Had to pull to another pump, however with the price being 20 or so cents cheaper than everywhere else, it was still worth it.

Went today to get gas. Sign on the door said "went to lunch, use your card at the pump". Really? Are you trying to lose customers. This happens more and more. Some of your employees are very kind and helpful, not all. Maybe the owner could cover lunchtime so employees have a lunch break and services would still be available.

Went for a doordash order. The night clerk was rude, condescending, said they weren’t set up for doordash and rushed me out so she could close without me being able ring up the items for the person. She was horrible at the last shell station she worked at.

Never heard someone swear so much in my life! 11:00 am May 9 2022 I went into the store for the first time and got some drinks. The woman working was face timing someone and never even said a word to me gave me my total or anything just kept on with her call and constantly swearing joking around with the person on the phone. I won’t be coming back to this location ever again.

I live a block from the store. I very often get my cigarettes and gasoline from this location. Today I went in to get a pack of cigarettes and waited at the counter for about 3 minutes for the attendant to come out of the back room wiping her mouth like she needed to finish her food before I was helped. I then asked for Marlboro mild 100s which I can see on the rack behind her but was denied because that was the display rack which was stocked all the way to the back. What's the point of having a display rack stocked all the way to the back displaying available inventory but not making it available to the customers. I then let her know that I was sold those cigarettes from that rack a few days ago and she insisted on the employees name or the shift that was working like he was to be reprimanded for good customer service. I know this location has had a hard time keeping employees but if these are the employees that they're going to keep they're going to start losing customers.

I just want you to know that your gas station at 4185 Grand haven rd. Norton Shores, MI 49441, is robbing their customers! No where on there gas pumps does it state that you have to pay $125.00 for gas, but they charged my bank account $125.00 and I got absolutely no gas! They stole from me, so I called the police and I have a police report for them stealing my money and giving me no gas! This is so illegal.
