Just went through the car wash. After I paid, the arm went up, and I started to pull through, and the arm dropped on my hood. I will not come back to this location.
6/3- I sent an email on 5/20 per their request on this review. Still have not heard anything back. This has confirmed that I will never use or suggest this location.

I never had a problem with this location until recently. I took this vehicle to this car wash plenty of times and just so happens my vehicle got damaged. The review mirror on the passenger side came off from the brushes and it shattered on the ground within the car wash. No prior problems with the mirror, but for whatever reason it came off. They are claiming the equipment was properly functioning at the time and their policy doesn’t cover vehicles 15+ years old. Regardless of age, the vehicle was damaged from their services and it should be their responsibility to fix it. This location isn’t trying to do so.

First time experience and I have to say I will be coming back. My vehicle came out looking like a fresh new car of the lot. Great customer service one gentleman particularly was outstanding and very professional believe his name was London. He seemed to be a great leader and holds good culture for his team.

A+++++++++++ this car wash is the best in Michigan and I really mean that I had a issue and they helped me and all I can say is that what can you expect from a great car wash as quality car wash I’m always happy with the shine the works membership is the best.

It's really frustrating that we have to have an app to use the vacuums at this location. I currently drive my significant others vehicle so he has the app on his phone, and when I come out of the wash to use the vacuums, I can't. I shouldn't have to look up the phone # and try to contact someone every time I need to use the vacuum real quick.
