“Howdy, let us share our experience with Northpointe Jewelry.
Prior to Christmas 2023, we had a brian storm for a very special necklace.
As time was not an issues we set out to find an artist to assist us with our project.
After stopping at other local jewelry stores and not locating jewelry to work with us, we decided to stop at Northpointe Jewelry in North Muskegon.
To our delight, we spoke with Eloy, who gave us hope that our necklace could be made at a price we could afford, but it would take time.
We said OK.

Susie's taste in clothing is consistently incredible and the store just lifts me up every time I go there. I can't get these brands anywhere else unless I go to South Florida. The clothing options are constantly being refreshed and you'll be able to find extended sizes (xs-3x), small-batch jewelry, accessories and candles. The owner, Ashley, and her staff make everyone feel so comfortable and ensure that you have a great shopping experience. They're also great to help curate outfit ideas or gift ideas!”
“Wonderful store beautiful jewelry with amazing service and people. I recently had a disastrous accident with several pieces, two of which were my wife's engagement and wedding rings. I took them in for repair because they were broken and bent. When I picked them back up they looked better than when I first purchased them. They do "Magic" there and very reasonable pricing. My advice to anyone would be "go there" before you go anywhere else.”

The collection assembled by the team at Gold Recyclers dwarfs most local collections and is as unique and varied as shops in major jewelry hubs. You can easily walk in loosely seeking one piece and leave with four. The gals behind the counter know their stuff and are happy to run through their inventory for what you’re looking for, even in less than 30 mins from closing (thanks Jolene). I immediately sent photos of some of their pieces to friends and if we were in a major market would never leave a review on this spot for wanting to keep it low key but here’s hoping a great review sends them more business so I can become a lifelong customer.”

“This place is an upscale resale store from what I understand. They have a lot of random items so I wouldn't expect to go there and always find the same thing because their pretty random on the products they sell. Everything seems new or like new conditions. Some items are priced pretty well but others are a bit over priced, especially when it's an opened box item or damaged boxed item. The staff is nice and considerate. I think they even offer a discount card system of sorts though I didn't want to take the time to set it up. Once in a while they'll have special sales which are nice like the "bag sale" which is amazing or the "I don't know what it called but you loot through big boxes" sale. You'll find all different things there from kitchen appliances to garden, outdoor, electrics, videogames, computer accessories, tools etc. etc. Over all it's a nice place to shop with a good atmosphere, I suggest stopping in some time.”
