They give the royal treatment. It is so relaxing and they're so kind. It's clean and open. Lots of air circulation. I am impressed. I came in for a trim and she suggested a treatment since I love my length.

I had my first visit at J W & Co Hair Studio last week, and I will definitely be returning. The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was relaxing. The stylists are knowledgeable and make you feel pampered, and without the snobby vibe that some other places have. I love how my hair turned out, and it was all for a reasonable price.

Not good business model or ethics.My family member reserved a spot for Color service with a deposit. She changed her mind a week prior to the appt to have her hair just blown and styled. Never cancelled the appt just changed mind on services. The $64 deposit was not refunded and not applied to services that day. She had to forfeit the deposit and pay another $45 for style. Who does this???? A very bad business move and an owner who lacks ethics and moral values. Never going there again!!!!!Service: Hairstyling

I visited for the first time today to get tinsel (or “glitz” as they call it) in my hair. As soon as I walked in I was greeted and given a tour of the hair studio. It was clean and very organized. Sara did my tinsel and she helped me decide on the perfect layout. I loved my experience and I’ll definitely be back!Service: Hairstyling

My wife: If you have hair and you don't want to look like a disgruntled raggedy Ann doll, then hurry up and get your hair done here. Staff is friendly and honest, which is important (if your hair doesn't look good in bangs, don't try to make it happen). Very competent hairstylist can help people with all hair types. I personally have course, crazy, mean frizzy hair and the girls here have been amazing.Me: my wife looks great when she comes home. We are now three kids in.

I’ve never been to a salon before, was always super skeptical but making the appointment over the phone they were super nice and explained everything, then I walked in, very clean and cozy environment followed by the lovely Sara who talked me thru everything and made the experience super enjoyable! Kami Rae was super knowledgeable about hair care and was very welcoming! The wash house was wonderful! The environment was so relaxing and Kami Rae did a wonderful job massaging my scalp. Very relaxing, clean and professional! I have been seeing Jen for a few years and she always goes above and beyond to ensure it is a truly an experience based on self care and beauty.My boys see Sara and Kami Rae and they do a wonderful job as well. One of my boys has the most insanely impossible cowlicks, but somehow Kami Rae cuts his hair perfectly as if they don't exist.There are a lot of salons to choose from in the Muskegon area and I have been to many of them. I love Jessica Pearson (Johnson) every time I go there I ask for her! Also my 18 Y/O Daughter tried Sarah, a young lady which did a great job on my daughter's hair! My daughter and I love the massage they give you while washing your hair ?♀️ great place, people and very relaxing atmosphere for pampering ourselves! Highly recommend this place!!!
