“I stayed on January 6th for a night, my birthday. It was pleasant enough. There were a couple things that bothered me about the stay, but they were minor: the shower head was very high, creating a rainfall effect which is supposed to be bougie, but it creates a cooler shower and doesn't get as hot as I'd like. The other the I didn't like is that there was no breakfast provided, and so I was feeling hungry in the morning and feeling like the hotel was very hands off. Even check in was hands off, it was virtual done through text, using phone numbers as your door code, which feels less secure in my opinion. Just don't give out your phone number I guess. With all that said, the amenities were great, the bed was very comfortable and I slept like a baby. It was a great night's sleep, and the room was warm for winter. I slept cozy. Thank you for making my birthday memorable. The coffee in the keurag was good, and I had a couple cups. It was pretty decent. The aesthethics were great. 10/10 would stay again. Maybe when it's warmer.”

“My wife and I stayed here for an anniversary weekend getaway and had such a great visit! The house was clean and beautiful and so full of late 1800s charm! The woodwork was simply amazing! The Boyden House was located within walking distance of the Miniatures Museum (a must see!) And a very short drive from the pier walk and the Grand Haven nightlife. Shelly was our hostess and she made us feel so welcome and at home and even offered local dining suggestions. She checked in with us frequently to make sure we had everything we needed and made the best breakfasts too! We'll definitely be returning for another visit!”

“The cutest place in such a great location! I stayed here solo, and though I don’t normally love being ground-level when I do that this place & area felt extremely safe. Sierra was there to greet me upon check-in and gave great tips on places to see & activities going on for the night I was there. Would definitely return!”

“When I first moved to Grand Haven I needed a temporary place until I found an apartment. I met Sheila through a mutual friend, and she set me up with a small apartment at Serendipity, which she manages. I had the top (third floor) spot in the main building (corner of 2nd and Franklin). It was so cool, with wood paneling that made it feel like a cabin.”

“Best location, directly across from the beach. Well taken care of, room was excellent, clean and comfortable. Parking can be challenging on weekends, but there is space all rooms.”

“Good stay and overall experience! We stayed in the courtyard rooms and enjoyed the easy access to our car and the view of the courtyard. They were large, newly renovated, and clean. But, the interior rooms may offer their own advantages to some, such as access to the breakfast room and a more secure feeling. Although, Grand Haven in general is a fairly safe community.”

“Great location, rooms were very clean and nice, service was spectacular, and I literally walked to the store to get everything I really needed. Stayed for one night for work that I had in town, would recommend for short term and long-term stays. They could up their game on their breakfast, but other than that it was fantastic.Rooms: Bathrooms were super spacey and awesome. Beds are super comfy too. Everything smelled really clean.Nearby activities: You could literally walk to so many different stores like target, Hallmark smoke shops, food, restaurants, and many more if you had to. Literally two minute walk to get to anything you really need also located right in town behind everything.Safety: Super nice and secure hotel. Felt very comfortable. Leaving my vehicle in the parking lot due to being lit up very nicely and felt very comfortable in my room.Walkability: Literally, you could walk two minutes and whatever direction and get food groceries and anything else you want.Food & drinks: They had some options, but not many.Noteworthy details: I absolutely love the bathrooms they were very nice and the beds were super comfy, front desk lady was as sweet as could be just like my grandma’s special apple pie! Thanks for the great day everyone.”
