I am a new member of community choice and with in less than one month I was able to get approved for a credit card. Brenda helped me complete the application process and did an excellent job explaining the terms and conditions without confusing me. She also reached out multiple time to inform me about the process.

Worst bank I've ever experienced. I opened an account online, then about a week later, for almost no reason, I got locked out of my mobile app login. I went into the branch to fix it. My account has been closed for no reason and the lady at the desk couldn't tell me why. They said they had to contact a manager and then they would call me back. It's been two days and I've heard nothing. From the bottom of my heart, get bent.

I tried to get a personal loan from several banks to pay off some Debt and I finally found Community Choice Credit Union they helped me and got me more than I asked I want to thank Julie and anyone else I missed you guys are life savers.

THIS ATM TOOK MY MONEY AND DID NOT RETURN IT TO ME OR PUT IT IN MY ACCOUNT. I USED THIS AS A COOP ATM SO I DO NOT EVEN HAVE AN ACCOUNT AT THIS CREDIT UNION AND THE DOLPHIN ACCESS NUMBER SENT ME STRAIGHT TO A VOICEMAIL SO NOW I HAVE NO IDEA HOW/WHEN I'M GOING TO GET MY MONEY BACK AND I NEEDED TO PAY MY BILLS AND IF THEY'RE GOING TO GIVE ME THE AMOUNT THAT I HAD IN THE MACHINE AND THEY NEED TO GIVE ME EXTRA IF I HAVE TO DRIVE ALL THE WAY BACK OUT TO THIS ATM WHEN THIS IS NOT WHERE I NORMALLY AM.
