Highly recommend their services to all of my friends and family. My car was recently damaged in a wind storm. The process of repair was seamless and headache free. They communicated well with me and my insurance company. I really appreciated that they updated me twice a week on the process. My car was even repaired earlier then expected. Thank you Bill for all the hard work!

Caliber Collision went above & beyond with our vehicle. It was done 2 weeks before the estimated date, everything was done perfectly & our car was cleaned when returned. Bill was AMAZING at community with us on the status or any changes that were made. He made sure everything was done right. We will be recommending Caliber Collision to anyone we can! :)

Everyone on the team was incredibly professional and friendly. Especially Zack who gave me a very detailed explanation of the estimate, next steps, and frequent updates throughout the repair.
The repair was incredibly quick for the extent of work that was done. We were quite impressed with the workmanship as they not only repaired the damaged rear bumper, but also gave attention to the surrounding areas. I was impressed that the new rear bumper was paint matced incredibly well to the rest of the car; they blended large sections of the paint on surrounding panels so that it's not obvious that the bumper is significantly newer than the rest of the car. This attention to detail is very appreciated as we've had the same repair done not too long ago by another shop {yes, we got rear ended at stop signs 2x in a row ?}, and you could always tell that something had happened to the back of our car.
When my wife got her car back she was surprised because she feels her baby looks even better now than it did even before the accident occurred. Basically ... After our most recent experience with caliber collision in Muskegon Michigan, our car looks as good as the day VW built it.

From before the beginning of repair through to completion, Caliber Collision was thorough in their explanation of what needed to be done, kept me informed throughout the entire process, and the end result looked as if no damage had occurred. All the staff is kind, courteous and professional.
