Ordered parts on the phone. Took 3 weeks to get parts because 1 item had to be backordered. Got a notification that 3 of the 4 items were shipped. After checking online tracking for 3 days, the items still weren't scanned for shipment. Going back and forth with customer service, they finally put a lost mail claim on the package. Numerous phone calls and a week later, they said they found the package with a damaged shipping label. One customer service rep even told me they order everything from the manufacturer because Babbitt's didn't have a warehouse on site. Finally received all my purchases items 3 weeks after ordering. They finally got me my parts shipped, but I won't order from them again. If anybody has issues with an order, ask to speak to Stephany. She seems to be the only one with intelligence on site.

placed an order, it's been two weeks, no communication, no shipment. I want a refund so I can order it from somewhere else. Won't be shopping here again. customer service sucks.

I ordered a part that was supposed to be in stock. I called a week later as I had heard nothing. At that time I was told the part was not available. I wasted a week thinking the part was coming. Not very impressed.

Been trying to return some items that I did not need and can not get any response. Tried doing it through there website as well as directly emailing, and no response... I figure they are just waiting till the 30 day return policy runs out and they can tell me I am stuck with them.

Worked with Andrew to buy a Kawasaki Z125 they had on sale. After talking through the out the door price there was a little discrepancy that he quickly and respectfully took care of. Being a first-time buyer of a new motorcycle I had a little sticker shock. Throughout the process everything was clearly explained to me I recommend babbits simply for their free oil changes for the life of the warranty!

They showed a part was in stock online. Knowing this was a hard to find item I called on Monday and asked if they could verify they did have the item in stock. The parts person I spoke with verified she went back and checked manually and had 6 on hand. She stated the part would ship Tuesday. Friday I receive an email my part is on back order with no eta on restock. I thought this was a mistake so I called the parts department. They stated the part was on back order and all they could offer me was my money back and a “sorry”. So not only was I told you had the parts in your hand when you didn’t, I was also told they would ship Tuesday when they apparently weren’t shipping until Friday. Either way I have a bike torn down now with no parts and have wasted a week waiting on parts that are never coming instead of continuing to search. Absolutely unbelievable a business would treat customers this way.
