“I've only recently switched to this shop since moving back to the muskegon area. These guys are great. I appreciate the clear diagnostic process, the friendly/professional interactions, and just how approachable the team is. Prices suck but that is not their problem. With the price of steal rising, shortage on labor jobs, and overall inflation they are doing the best they can. I also want to make it known that shops are not a perfected business. Just because they repair one thing doesn't mean another won't break! These guys deserve credit for the physically demanding and under appreciated life of a mechanic. Keep it up guys!”
“Let me simply say if you want honest, respectful, and dependable people to work on your vehicle and give you updates not only over the phone but digitally with videos and pictures this is the place to come to. I'm a DIY guy to a certain extent and I love to learn where I can and they had no issue breaking it down so I could learn and become informed going forward. Cylinder 6 misfire is outside my depth these guys got it done in no time flat. Also made sure the price was fair and even lent me a loaner car at an even better price. “I made an appointment to have my brakes done. They did them quickly and were incredibly professional. They didn’t try and upsell me or get me to do anything else on my car. My engine light is even on. They asked if I needed anything else and I mentioned it. He said yeah we figured if you wanted us to look at it you would have asked. LoL perfect.
