Absolutely adore a night out at the Wagon Wheel. Yummy food, and great craft beer list as some of the best prices in town!

Had night out celebrating a friend's bday. Worst service ive ever experienced. Every single worker that we came in contact with was rude as hell. Dont think I'll be going back. I'll take my business elsewhere!!!

Kaitlyn our waitress was rude and short. Dave was also rude when we asked katsup, by slamming the condiment box on table. Food handler was rude when we got extra food brought to.the table we didnt order, asking us if we knew what we ordered and we already had our food. Finally when paying bill, gave bartender the bill and she asks rudely "wheres the pymt" wont be coming back

Management is rude and judgemental. Food is of a lesser quality. It's a bar where drunks hang out. There are lots of other places in the area that are far superior like The Exchange Bar and Grill or Lava Lounge!

I love the Wheel! I've been coming here since 2000 and it hasn't changed much. The food is good, the ambiance is pure dive bar, making it a dying breed. The staff is wonderful.

My husband I went there last night for Valentine's Day to "re-do" our first ever meeting of each other which happened there almost 17 years ago. They had a table reserved, service with a smile (and then some!) AND cheese sticks served in the shape of a heart. ❤️ Hands down..THE best place around!

The pizza is amazing and so are the onion rings! Shared a medium super and a medium meat lovers. Both were great. I'm going back!

Parking: The lot is small and narrow.Wheelchair accessibility: It is a small place with a step up to the area with the bar games. Not very Accessible.

This is definitely a dive bar, but they have great customer service and very affordable food. The drinks were strong, my sandwich was great, and everybody was really friendly. I will definitely be back.

I had a piece of gross paper wrapped around my meat in my philly steak and cheese sandwich. I ate part of it thinking it was maybe an onion skin that hadn't been peeled correctly. Other than that the cheese steak was cold, the cheese had never been melted completely before it cooled. It barely had any onion or peppers on it. This meal was a complete failure. However the server, a young rock n roller girl was really good ? the manager came over and was also very good. They took the philly off the bill AS WELL AS MY WIFE'S MEAL. Thank you. Because of that kindness and the fact that the other meals for my group were enjoyed by them, i will come back and try again, and re-adjust my low score.Parking: Smallish parking lot behind buildingKid-friendliness: Not so kid friendly, might be a little too much like a bar in the evening especiallyWheelchair accessibility: At least one area with some steps once you get inside but otherwise fine

So when reviewing a new place, I tend to start with standard, hard to screw up, food items. Chicken fingers for example. If a place has bad chicken fingers, there's little hope for other items. With Wagon Wheel I started with a timeless, classic, burger. And I was very happy with it. If you want some bizarre burger with an unusual combination of items and cheeses or some odd mixture of meat, this is maybe not the spot. But if you want a good ol burger, my experience was very good. One thing they nailed was the meat itself and the seasoning. They also have a very good buttered bun. The seasoning was dead on and it's surprising how many places get this wrong. I also really like the size of their burger. It's not small and won't leave you hungry, but it's not one of those obnoxiously large and impossible to eat burgers that leave a terrible mess on you and the plate and are a challenge to eat. All the toppings are fresh and crunchy as well. It's just a damn good burger. The service was also prompt and very friendly. Additionally, I really like the divey atmosphere. It's very non-pretentious and reminds me of the places in my smaller hometown. I'll be back to try different food items, but my initial perception is very very good. I loved my experience. I loved my food. And I look forward to going back.
